Very poor customer service.I have been hit by another driver on the roundabout, he admitted his fault and said that I should not be worry. But those scamers don't care, they said I have to pay, even i gave them details of the other driver and his phone number. They charge me £2000 and broker saying that's can take several months.
Be warned.

Deposit fraud.

I rented a car from them in Krakow.
When I collected the car , the vehicle had already 25 scratches. I did not take my time (my fault) to check the car for more damages therefore upon returning the car they obviously found 2 more extra scratches and charged me 3000zl (£586) for the damage. I bet my left arm that the damages did not occur while I used the car because I know my driving.
Another thing was that they offered "great&meet" on the rental agreement/voucher I had printed out. What I got instead was a photo of a bus stop I had to go to and wait for a shuttle which I did not get on first time because it had 8 people capacity.
Bunch of frauds and scammers!! Then I check the internet for their reviews and you can see the pattern ,I was not the first one and not the last one unfortunately!!

CarWiz/FLex Rent a Car/ Colusa Rent a car are all under the same scam shell companies. Go to Yelp and Better Business Bureau to see the scathing reviews. Stay away from this company! Any good reviews you see are false! This company will not let you use your own insurance. They require a $300K policy which is unheard of unless you're driving a Lamborghini. They force their toll fees. Zero transparency in complete violation of Priceline vendor agreement. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company! They charged us $50 bogus fee for returning the car four minutes before they opened. What was supposed to be a $38 rental turned into almost $400. Read all the reviews on BBB under any of those names. They get an F rating. Go to Yelp; more 1 star ratings.

Security deposit scam!!! Stay away from this rental company. I rented a car in Antalya and was charged 350€ as a security deposit. When I returned the vehicle I was told that my security deposit would be returned within 15 days. Now it has been almost 2 months and neither rental company nor Expedia ignoring all my requests to get it back

Everyone in this company has been nice, they gave me good advices about Cretan roads as well as full and clear explanations about insurance policy.II highly recommend them.

I would not even want to give it a one star. When I booked the car rental, I requested for a drop off at Heraklion port, which it agreed. However when I was signing the contract, they told me they didn't have such a pickup location, and I need to return it to the same spot where I picked up the car then they could arrange for someone to drive us back to our hotel.
We had a tiny bit of scratch during that one-day rental which they claimed was caused by us, and were charged a hefty Euro300 while most companies would consider that wear and tear. Further, the guy who drove us back was very bad tempered and couldn't find it even though I had my google map on, he wouldn't bother to listen to it. He left us 3 ladies in a complete dark corner at night feeling scared, and told us it should be 2-3 min walk from that corner, and he got to attend other customers. A scam. Ruined my holiday mood despite only in day 1 of our trip. Never use them again!

Avoid these people they are absolutely crooks and probably part of the mafia. They charged and charged us for things we didn't have and didn't need. We went back with a full tank of petrol and they told us we had not filled it to the top even though I have a picture showing it full. They escorted me and left my wife and child in the blistering sun to "top up the car". The staff member drove me in the car we had returned past 3 different petrol stations saying shell is better. Somehow the forecourt attendant managed to still put 25 litres into a full tank and charge me 50 euros while both laughing and chatting during the process. To be clear they said this was not a fine or surcharge just what needed to be topped up. We used the car to drive to and from the airport which is a total of about 15 miles maximum in Mykonos. They were chatting and laughing in Greek, no doubt about conning me, I would avoid them at all cost, ruined my holiday and even if they reimbursed this 50 euros scam I would not remove this review. Absolutely cowboys, on checking the car online 25 litres is half its tank! Wow the car was indicated full.

Scam company. They canceled my booking as I was 30 minutes late despite it being paid for, From other reviews this is their business strategy. They were totally uninterested in assisting pointing out a buried terms and condition comment. Why cancel a paid booking?

Value for money! I rented a car -great car incl. insurance- for €27,- per day. Thessaloniki.

If you read some reviews you're gonna start seeing a pattern: they're a fraud. They pressured us into buying an extra insurance with them, handed over an old scratched car, summarily noted the damages and then pinned one of them on us. We had photo proof it was there before and they claimed the photo was unclear.
They basically stole 282 euro from us. Chania Crete.

All reviews and stories about how this company is scamming people are correct. I became a victim of the same scam too just 4 days ago. I picked up the car at Courtyard Marriott across from Chopin International airport and returned it at the same location without any damage (I took pictures of all sides and the roof of the car before leaving for the airport for my early flight). In half an hour I received from Carwiz a damage report showing a dent on the door and at the same time got charged $170. The report had 3 close up images attached, probably of a similar model and color car. Interestingly out of 3 pictures one doesn't show the dent. The other 2 pictures show the dent like a small round dot (possibly a fake image). When I called the woman answered the phone and said that she indeed took the pictures and she refused to listen to my arguments just said that I can email my complaints and pictures to Carwiz customer service. I sent my complaints there with pictures but nobody ever replied. I filed a dispute of the charges through my credit card company. I also filed a complaint against this company and their business practices via Poland Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) electronically. I'm working on filing the same complaint via the European Commission. I highly emphasize Do Not rent a car from Carwiz even if they offer low rates. It will cost you more time and money later. It isn't worth it. Get your car from a reputable company. Look at all the attached images they sent me. This is how they justify that it is the car you drove and returned. I have no idea why I should believe it. The last image doesn't show the dent.

Carwiz at Chania Airport (100m from the Airport) in Crete were absolutely brilliant. Speedy, clear and efficient when I picked the car up. Pleasant interaction with all the staff who seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. Absolutely zero hard sell of any additional insurance and quick with the paperwork. When we looked around the car, the Carwiz rep said to take a full video of the inspection of the car as we were walking around it which was reassuring and proving that they had nothing to hide. Drop off was equally as quick and pleasant. If going to Chania again, I would not hesitate to use Carwiz again.

Unsafe, rude, scam company. We arrived at Carwiz Chania Crete to pick our two cars up, the first required a child seat for a 1 year old. The first two seats they brought out were both broken and completely unsafe and would have failed in an accident. The third they bought out was also unsafe but we made it 'safe' by wedging it in so it couldn't move. The worst was yet to come — because my wife's credit card hadn't been used before we didn't have a pin, they wouldn't accept it. They said we would have to pay 250EU extra! They refused to accept my card, despite it being the same bank account and card number, and us being married. So I asked them to make me main driver instead, they said they couldn't, and if I did with the firm I used to make the booking, they couldn't guarantee I wouldn't lose the amount paid for the original booking (600EU). With this uncertainty and wanting to get going with young kids late at night after a flight I ended up paying the 250EU charge for absolutely nothing. Complete scam. So did the other couple who arrived with us. 500EU charged for absolutely nothing. The attitude of the staff was incredibly rude, the young staff member smirked as he took the payment and said, "it's not my problem, it's your problem". I've never been treated so unprofessionally and ripped off so blatantly by a company — a terrible start to a holiday that was otherwise great. I advise noone to use this company, especially if you have young children requiring safe car seats. I've looked online since and understand why this company has one of the worst Trustpilot review scores I've ever seen — I fully understand why. Avoid at all costs.

Hired a car from Carwiz in Zakynthos / Zante airport. First of all there is a really hard sell for very expensive local insurance. They make it very clear that there is a risk of getting charged for any damage not marked up on the car out sheet. We took lots of photos to be safe. In returning the car they took my paperwork while inspecting the car. There was a scratch right under the underside of the bumper and they charged EUR 400 for it. After getting to the airport I reviewed the paperwork again and see that the damage was actually already marked on the car out sheet. I emailed a picture of the document and they reply back sending their copy that has the mark removed. They imply that I added it with a pen. Do not rent from them, my worse fears were confirmed that they operate a scam business model. Either pay for expensive insurance or get ripped off at the end. Of course all the other scratches they’ve charged people for have not been repaired. Worst experience ever that ruined the holiday.

Scam of a company. They cancel your booking if you’re late by a mere hour - even if you have paid for a full weeks hire! No refund or assistance — even though the car booked was clearly sitting out front. They have the audacity to claim they hold the car for only an hour yet it is nowhere listed in the confirmation. Three people alone in the line waiting to pick-up there cars were told their booking was cancelled because they were late. This is clearly a scam of a model designed to generate revenue without providing any service. Stay away from Carwiz. They are a small unknown company for a reason. Any reasonable major car rental provider like Hertz or Sixt would have easily found you a replacement car on the spot or at least held the car for a couple hours.
