Not worth it
I bought my car about 2 months ago and am still dealing with some nonsense. Their inspection isn't one at all, the car arrived with MAJOR problems. It's a beautiful car, but not worth the cost Carvana sold it to me for and the hassle. I'm now spending several days a week trying to get Carvana to cover very serious problems because the warranty doesn't cover any of the issues.

This is the third vehicle I sold with Carvana and they continue to be outstanding. I started the process on a Monday and the car was picked up on Tuesday. They came to the house and car was checked and picked up within 15 minutes. My direct deposit was in my account on Wednesday. Outstanding!!
Paying on a broke down car
Bought a car from carvana. They don't care if it breaks down on you after having it in the driveway for a few months. Getting hardly even drove it. Transmission went out. Cost me $7,000 that I didn't have because I didn't purchase their stupid extended warranty. Now they won't do anything. They don't care. I mean that best. They could have at least split the cost or something with me. It's not like they ain't making any money. Anyway. Overall bad experience. Be careful buying used car taking over someone else's problems. Make sure you spend the extra $30 or $40 a month from extended warranty or you'll be out $7,000 like I am and all you'll hear on the other line is crickets then they had the Nerve to tell me to call them back after they saw the review and come to find out they still don't care. That was just a way to send an automated response to my bad review. They still aren't going to help nobody.

Was offered $100 for my car that I've put a lot of money into. That's barely even scrap prices. Don't waste time trying to sell to them because they are extremely cheap and are not serious about buying people's cars. Huge waste of time. I replaced the entire brake booster assembly, redid the rear suspension and also put new brakes on it. Not a single piece of glass is even so much as scratched and only has one dent and some faded paint. How is a car that operates perfectly only worth $100?

Dangerous first truck had deep rust where the axles attach to the springs. I can’t believe they tried to drop it off. They backed it into a pole when loading it and expected me to take it in on my time to get it repaired. Swapped it for a second. Terrible service after the sale is made. I purchased a vehicle the was delivered with scratches that weren’t called out on the vehicle detail. The Advocate took pictures and submitted them before he left. Caravana’s policy is to wait for a response, which didn’t come, and put me outside of the 7 day window. I called, they had no record of the claim. They looked at the foggy pictures and saw that they didn’t disclose the scratches and said they’d put a claim in. They said it would be 24 hrs and didn’t call me back. I reached out again to hear it takes up to 48 hrs. Nothing back, so I called again. Third advocate sent me to their partner SilverRock, which said there was an approval on the wrong account. They had me call Maaco, who said they don’t do business with them any longer since they don’t get reimbursed. Sent me back to Carvana, who then said there was no claim and they can’t help since it’s outside the 7 days. I asked for a manager who ALSO saw the issue with their pictures and non disclosure of the scratches. I submitted more pictures and she said she’d call me back in 24 hrs. Two days later I got a call saying the scratches are within scope of their policy and they won’t be making any repairs. The vehicle is $47k and they can’t stand behind their mistake for a few scratches? I won’t be buying from them again and I just want others to know about my experience before they buy. I understand they are a business, but they should do the right thing when they mess up.
