Requesed an Adams Family caricature disapointed to receive a "normal" simpsons type one, Did contact the company via their website asking if they could re-do this and have heard nothing since, emial was sent just over a week ago (28th February 2021) Very disapointing all round. Will update review if a response, positive or otherwise occurs.

I ordered and paid for a full body cartoon and I received an avatar. I did not order an avatar. There is a large difference between the two. No opportunity to see a proof and comment - not happy. Would not purchase again.

I ordered 3 caricatures as Xmas presents for my granddaughters. One was great but the other 2 not so much and 1 was so bad it was unrecognisable. 1 should have had sandy blonde hair and the caricature had black hair. When I asked for it to be fixed it was lightened to dark brown and by then it was to close to xmas to get it done again so I just gave up and binned it. If I had only been getting the 1 caricature the turned out great I would have given 5 stars

A great gift with a twist! Prompt service and I wasn’t happy with the first version and they were only too happy to draw another cartoon that was perfect!

Avoid! In my opinion to pay £39.99 for what is effectively an email with a picture drawn on a graphic board was ridiculous. It is NOT “hand drawn”. I would have accepted it if It had been a hard copy print but what i received was laughable!

Response to todays message. I have reached out to your support team but they provided me with no help whatsoever! I have still paid £39.99 for an email of a computer generated caricature. If your support team can genuinely support me then please contact me with a solution!

I wanted a present for my family who are big simpsons fans. Sent in images and they sent in more so they could see people clearly. Got the image we wanted and they reallydo have a family resemblence. I asked for a few minor tweaks which only took a few days to do.
Very well impressed with final image and they help they did to make it perfect and so good. Great communication and Final Image
