Service when delivered is worth maybe 10% of what I paid. Took a month of unanswered emails before I requested a refund. Suddenly a basic computer generated image was emailed. No adjustments possible because these are the artist products advertised.
Truly could’ve made this myself in half an hour. Waste of time and money!

it was a quick and easy process and the images was great

I would have given 5* but as it stands at the moment I only award 2*. I requested a cartoon to be produced. Sent all the photos and explanation of the photo and waited 5 days. They sent through the drawing and it wasn’t up to the standard I wanted. So sent the cartoon back with the alterations needed and I’m now a week in. Tried contacting them and have to wait up to 72 hours for a response. This was a birthday present for a special day hence ordering early. For £56 I could get it done somewhere else and probably better. I will wait another week to see if it comes through if not I’ll be requesting a full refund. I’d say use them but be very warned it may not be up too your expectations, delays on emails etc

Had THREE attempts at getting my picture right but all three looked nothing like the photos. Agreed to give me refund but only gave me partial refund!

Very happy with product. Had requested some minor adjustments and was completed without any quibble. Delighted with result.

Absolute waste of money my 10 year old daughter could do better, contacted the company they just passed the buck

I have just purchased 5x illustrations for gifts for my friends. The artists at cartoon kart were super helpful and very accommodating with the changes I requested.
I will definitely recommend to others and I would use cartoon kart again in the future!!!

There were a few tweaks along the way, they took all requests on board to make sure they had a very happy customer! Definitely recommend!

the cartoon wa quite funny but i had brown hair instead of blonde

Whilst happy with the final product, it took a bit and extra charges. Background is not included unless you pay another $20, so keep that in mind. I have a second voucher to use but tossing up whether it is worth it.

REALLY EASY AND SIMPLE TO USE! I SENT A NUMBER OF IMAGES THROUGH OF THE 2 SUBJECTS TO BE DRAWN AND ASKED FOR SPECIFIC CLOTHING TO BE DRAWN ON THE CHARACTERS AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR 'SAM'! REALLY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULT!

I want a refund, the artist didn't do what was asked, I asked for a redraw and it was still pathetic done by the same artist if you would even call them that. I will not be recommending this I want a refund!!!!!
