Good and fast service for a product not easy to find

I ordered a watch last august 12 and still now i didnot recieved my order. No one even updated me as to what happened so i called the help center. I can barely understand the agent that i talked to. Very poor english and when i was asking to someone else he became rude. And keep on telling me that the supervisor is engage on 5 CALLS. I worked in a call center before and i know how the things goes. So dont give me that reason.

i would strongly advise against purchasing from this phone shop. I was sold a faulty phone, and despite returning it three separate times for repairs or a replacement, I was handed back the same broken device each time—with the same issues unresolved.

What’s worse, after the third failed attempt, the shop refused to refund my money altogether. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s unethical business practice. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy trying to get what I paid for, only to be left with a phone that doesn’t work and no support.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ignored, given faulty products, and treated unfairly.

I have to say, that our experience was somewhat strange. The return wasn’t easy to organize but in the end, it worked out. Someone said well about this company: you might get lucky and get the best deal and item in the best condition but as it’s not guaranteed, things might go wrong too and you have to be ready solve it.

The worst experience ever.
I placed an order 5 days ago, and it’s still not delivered. Even worse – the order status hasn’t changed at all. What kind of app is this? There’s no way to speak to a manager or supervisor, and no accountability whatsoever.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m canceling my order and will never use this app again. I also won’t recommend it to anyone – this is truly horrible service

I have sent my MacBook back to Cartlow for warranty repair since May 19- till date I still haven't received it, It's been almost 2 months now. Are they even serious?? This is very unprofessional. I urgently need my MacBook back and I have not even heard back from them. I really need my MacBook back, I'm stuck. Following is my AWB return number: 22410019.

I have paid for order #3524810 at 16/06/2025 and till now I did not got it. I had contacted customer services daily for more than 4 times with their promises to solve the delay and contact me again with no reply or sending the order till now

Order 3533175 was cancelled by mail and phone less than 10 min after placement (the cancel function on cartlow.com was not working). I was promised by customer service on the phone that it's cancelled.

Then I see it moved to packed, minutes later to shipped. Again I called and they promised me it's cancelled. Now Emirates post had the item

I don't think cartlow has any control over what they are doing. Now I have to run after them for return and refund, spend hours on explaining and following up
