My experience when i receive my Item

My experience when i receive my Item, the packiging was so good, the services is so good, but when i try to use the mobile that i ordered, (HUWAEI Y9 Prime 2019) when i entering my gmail account to registered my Huwaei ID their is some troubles. And when the battery empty, im just putting charged,, just only a second,its becam fully charged, so fast!! And the battery so fast also to becam low.

Sold me a phone that was ex china…

Sold me a phone that was ex china national with no esim and multiple restrictions on it, the phone over heated and basically blew up twice was sold a faulty phone, refused my warranty, never called me back, when you do speak to them they are very unprofessional to deal with

The application is look like as…scamming because no one answers the client after took money

The application is look like as scammer, no one answers you properly even i ask manager call me back to solve my issue wich they didn’t support for guarantee and someone call me back and was talking very rude and even couldn’t understand English very well, at the final didn’t solve my issue and lost 3000 with this application, even they don’t have any office in UAE i think they manage the app from outside of UAE
