Huge selection of chairs. Order arrived as promised and delivery men did a good job.

It is the first time we have used this store, everything about it was very prompt and professional.
We were greeted by Malcolm and can honestly say he was very helpful, we actually went back to the store 3 times and each time Malcolm assisted us, we loaned samples and when we went back to place the order again Malcolm went through everything and as we have no furniture, offered us a loan sofa.
Thank you we will certainly use Carters again

From start of searching furniture stores and finally stopping at Carters it was very nice to enter the store and basically left alone until more information was needed, the whole experience was a pleasant change,the sales man was very good and the people hi delivered it,the following day were excellent and also very obliging and helpful. We were extremely pleased with service and speed in having our new suite from start to finish in 24 hours.

Service was great from start to finish. From the advice given in the showroom, in a non-pressurised manner, to the delivery guys taking care when getting a king size mattress up/down the stairs, I really couldn’t fault anything. Probably why we’ve used Carters four of five times now for beds and furniture; I’d thoroughly recommend them.

On visiting the store to look at sofas, Malcolm quickly pointed in the direction of a style that suited us, and as soon as we sat down we knew it was the right one for us. We went home to check the measurements and called in later to place an order. As promised on our first visit, we received a good discount on the basic price. Great service. Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.
