Me and my Partner visited as I had gotten a message about a sale. As we were browsing a lovely Man named Matthew asked if we needed any assistance. We ended up purchasing a table and chairs set, and the sofa that we had been wanting! Matthew was friendly and helpful, and got us the best price possible. No pressure from staff at all
We were able to walk around the store and look at the furniture to our hearts content but there was always a staff member available to answer any questions we had

I have just ordered 2 sofas and a snug chair from carters furniture. I traveled to order this because the customer service firstly with Jack then with Malcom was absolutely superb. Rather than order local I decided to go back to carters and order from them as they were so attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I will go back to carters for the rest of my furnishings as the quality is superb and the staff are wonderful who take all the time in the world to meet your needs. I will be recommending Carters to all my colleagues friends and family. Thank you Carters.
