We’ve bought 4 or 5 seats from Car Seat Ninja over the years. Natalie is very knowledgeable & listens to your needs as opposed to pushing a specific seat. She’s very patient and we’ve always been very pleased with the after care too.

I contacted Car Seat Ninja before making our purchase to confirm a few things, they were extremely helpful with their response and very prompt.
Upon ordering, I was outstanded by how quickly they sent it out. From ordering quite late (I think outside business hours on a Friday night) to receiving my order was only a couple of days.
Everything arrived as expected.

The staff spent time explaining the different options available without making you feel you were being rushed . They were also available for an after sales service if it was needed.
