Blown away with the customer service. I needed to buy two new car seats for my 3 year old twins. I enquired via the webchat about an isofix base not really expecting a response as this was during the christmas holidays. Not only did i receive a swift response the seller enquired about the height weight of my children was able to recommend a better car seat for the same price that would last my children longer than the one i was originally looking at. The seats were delivered within 3 days with dpd. This was to northern ireland where some English businesses do not deliver to. The seats are beautiful, i installed them myself. They are so comfortable looking and the kids love them. The seats are excellent but the customer service is what sets this business apart from other sellers. Highly recommend.

Have used this lady three times now, once when purchasing and installing my car seat then twice when buying accessories for the car seat. The level of customer service you receive is amazing. Before purchasing the car seat I message with a few questions and she got back to me incredibly quickly, the day of installation went incredibly smoothly she was very knowledgeable. I was given lots of advice and information. The lady is very lovely and welcoming. Following the purchase of the car seat I have order two accessories (cooling pads and seat protector) both have been sent quickly and arrived next day despite it saying it would take 3-5 days. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with this lady and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car seat.

Really friendly and helpful. I originally placed an order for an Axkid Minikid 4 Max with another company who claimed to have it in stock, but it turned out to be a 6–8 week wait — something they only disclosed after I’d ordered!

I then came across Car Seat Ninja and was pleasantly surprised to find they were very local to me. The price was cheaper than the other company, so I popped over about an hour after speaking with them. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even fitted the seat in my car for me — something that would have taken me a considerable amount of time on my own!

Absolutely brilliant, this site gives great advice and information and you can trust that all the seats they sell are super safe. We bought an Axkid seat for our 6 year and it's fantastic, incredibly sturdy and safe.

Great communication before, during and after the purchase!

We found car seat ninja after trying, and failing, to work out which extended rear facing car seat would fit our car. Made an appointment to see Natalie who was brilliant. She pointed us to three options, fitted each in the car so we could see how they looked, and once we committed to one model she then unboxed and fitted that in the car. The car seat was sold to us at a very competitive price and Natalie was great with our it 3 year old son as well. Anyone looking to buy a car seat for their child should go and see Natalie at car seat ninja, brilliant!
