We take an incredible amount of care in reviewing submission information, including videos, service documentation, and other data, to accurately represent the vehicle's condition. With that said, we are unable to physically inspect every vehicle that is available for auction, and bidders are required to perform all due diligence before placing a bid. Bidders are able to contact the seller directly to arrange viewing the car in person, getting a third-party pre-purchase inspection, or other methods of assessing the vehicle's condition before bidding.
In the rare event of a misrepresented vehicle, our post-auction support team is unmatched. We work with the buyer and seller to find an amicable solution, and in certain cases have removed sellers from the platform.

Easy Process, Bid, Win, Pay
Very easy process from start to finish. All of the fees are known from the beginning, even potential shipping fees. Also makes it very transparent with the seller interaction during the bidding process. More pictures of the vehicle than you will find anywhere else.

Fantastic experience selling a car on this site. This was my first time selling a car on an auction site and they did a great job making me feel confident in the service. I also appreciated their documentation and FAQ. Its rare to find a company nowadays that has a competent support team and are willing to help as if they were personally vested in your best outcome. I will most certainly be looking here to buy and sell cars in the future.

I bought a 2024 Porsche using this site. It was a horrible experience. They charged me 5k to introduce me to the seller, that was the extent of their responsibility. The seller kept driving the car and put more miles on the car and there was no recourse. I am very very unhappy with my experience. In addition the seller has refused to give me the second key and they are now saying "sorry nothing we can do". Go online and save yourself the "introduction"fee.

Great way to sell a niche vehicle instead of dealing with tire kickers. They make it easy, all you have to do is provide the pictures and information. The process is pretty efficient and they communicate throughout the process. It’s totally free on the sellers side.

There are scammers on the auction
I purchased a car they charged me almost $5,000 to win the car at the auction. After that they had no liability and introduced me to the seller. The seller said he owed money on the car which means technically he cannot sell the car unless he pays It Off but he wanted me to wire it 105,000 to him and said I needed to do it immediately as that was the rules cars and bids made. I asked him how I was guaranteed to get the car he said he would have a friend meet the shipping company near the vehicle. Because he was leaving the country the very next day to germany. I thought this was very suspicious as number one he does not own the car the bank does he had no title he should not have been allowed to sell a vehicle had an auction without the title as the same with dealership rules. Also he was leaving the country conveniently the next day. And I was supposed to send him the money in full. I reached out to cars and bids and they said well our policy is this and if you don't go through with it we will keep your money and ban you from the auction. I threaten them with legal action and had to dispute the credit card transaction. They were of no help and had no interest in helping me resolve the concerns I had.

When a car has an outstanding lien, we always disclose this fact in the seller notes section, and encourage bidders to use our Contact Seller feature to understand any payoff-related processes.
Finally, we are thrilled to offer SafePay, powered by KeySavvy, to handle loan payoff, funding transfer, and title transfer services. For a small fee, you can entrust that the vehicle loan will be paid off and title delivered to you after you send your funds to KeySavvy.
