We had a very positive experience with the sale of our Subaru Forester. It was such an efficient process only taking 5 days from video inspection to being collected by the car carrier. Full and reasonable payment occurred the day before collection. Process was kept on track by Nitin.

The offer was below par initially but the good thing was that they did bring up their offer to match market. Ayushi was good with communication and negotiation. She was quite responsive with questions and explaining how the purchase transactions work for them. There was some delay with drop off due to weekend but the company was nice enough to offer a free pick up. The operations can be improved as nothing is perfect in this world. Overall, had a really good experience and will definitely reach out to them for the future as well.

Sold our car to Cars24 with Indu’s help. While the initial offer was low, the later offer was better and made things much easier for us. The submission of photos and video inspection process was simple, efficient and quick! I believe normally arrangements are made to pick up cars but I agreed to drop it off as their site is not too far from home. Excellent team and would highly recommend!

There were no delays, the information they gave me was accurate, they were fair in negotiations and they arranged everything from virtual inspections, money transfers and pick up in a streamlined process.

The process was quite tedious and whilst advertising a sale and payment within 24 hours we have been in discussions for over a week and we still have not been paid for the vehicle, despite being told it would be settled. However the people IE Vansh & Akhil were polite and considerate. The video inspection format did not work as such as the access code required another character.

To be honest, I personally felt worried and vulnerable getting respond from the CARS24 team. After making calls to them and getting calls from them I get the fishy and dodgy feeling. Some of the requirements from them felt unnecessary and does not meet the Australian way to transaction which raised a few eye brows. But all was done legally and formally. There was a bit a of haggling going on where they did add in fees that is unknown to us in the first place, they will need to improve on that, Australian Culture will take a handshake and that is the end of it. Once a price is finalized that is all there is. We felt a bit overwhelmed by calls non stop to chase us to sign and subsequently after the sale is completed to provide review. We will only put down the honest truth when we have time to do so. Money was deposited within 48 hours after much follow up from our end, NITIN if this is your real name, thank you for the persistence, we agree to drop off to their HUMONGOUS warehouse. That shut down our doubts once and for all. They do deserve 5 stars but with all above mentioned, there is always a room for improvement. Please keep up the good work and change to be better.
