Very kind video call, explainations etc etc....until I started to request more detailed information about the car.
- The claim "complete maintenance history", but when I asked to see the service checks I was told that they don't know what has been done. So the car doesn't have a history check, if they can't demonstrate it.
- They claim "the vehicles have deep inspections before getting to our stores", but in my specific vehicles (51.000Km on sale), last check was done 6 months before at 39.000Km. The external certificate stated no checks on mechanical parts, so they are selling the car without knowing (or being able to certificate the full status). Check only occur after you pay and they hand over the car: if they discover something, than you need to decide what to do. Very inefficient and false advertising
- Check carefully everything before buying. The car I chose was reported in the certificate to have different tyres than the one in reality had. Once discovered, CArnext offered to substitue just the two different....Embarassing for such a big company.
- Equipment and optionals. When asking for the official list of optional of the car (not the list on website). I was told they don't have, but can request in a few days.
All in all, big company name, omni-channel customer service but lots of mismatch bewtween false or incomplete advertising and poor on the ground help from sales agents who are too busy to stay behind an informed customer.
A lot of advertising on the 14 days money back guarantee, which is nothing else that standard consumer protection law within European Union.
My suggestion is to go deep and ask details, in any case you would need those 14 days to perform your own check in a trusted mechanic.

This is only company which offers "Gutachten" from third company that I have ever experienced. I think this will be trend for the future second hand business. Transparent, trustable. The advisory from Mr. Paolantonio makes me very comfortable. Nice experience.

I would like to say how much disappointed I am from CarNext!
Before purchasing the car I read that seller speak English.
This is NOT true. During the process I have to contact more than 100 times
by phone and always someone told me that they don’t speak English. Kindly ask me to call back after one hour and after one hour when I call nobody answer. The answer on the phone 99% was “Send us email.”
By the way – when I transfer 20 000Eur (80% of the price of car) the order was suddenly cancelled.
CarNext explained that order was cancelled because I am not EU citizen! They did not properly checked the country and post code of my city. The name of the city is same with another one in Serbia. But they didn’t checked before stopping purchase. Why They did not make a contact with me before stopping purchase also was not answered to me. The only answer I got was that I should send money again, but sellers was not able to tell me all of the money again or the rest of purchase. I was calling 30 times to them but never got answer.
During all this process it was not clear who is in change from the seller.
The worst was when I make an appointment to take a car from the store. The appointment was two weeks earlier than the date to take a car. Sales Advisors suppose to be in touch with me to confirm the appointment and discuss final details. NOBODY contacted with me. I was calling again many times. And many times nobody answered. When somebody answer they don’t speak English. As usual: “Send us email”. I suppose to fly to Germany and I was not sure shall I be able to take the car. The day before fly I received email that the car will be ready.
When I explained that I will need a license plates to drive 1800km to home, I got the answer: “We cannot help you”.
So, on the day to take a vehicle I arrived in the store and I have found that it is not possible to take a license plates in Germany without appointment for Zulassungsstelle. Of course nobody explained to me about this, and the sellers knew that I will need them. It was very difficult to get a plates just because nobody informed me in advance. Nobody even tried to help me. Any way – when I took a license plates and I was back to the store I had only one question and I asked the seller: “Please, just help me to change the menu in the car from Deutsch to English”. The answer from seller was that he is alone in the store and he cannot help me!! NEVER EVER, don’t even think about CarNext. If you don’t speak Deutsch, better run away.

i asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and nothing since now. the price of the car was 25000 euro payed from credit card .they don't answer the phone anymore and every time, they are saying that the refund will be done . the only solution is to call the police or somebody from cyber frauds in germany . very bad customer service and i don't recomand doing bussines with them

We paid for the vehicle on June 11, 202. vehicle price € 39,990
Then the problems started. I paid from the company, bought as a natural person. Although there was payment on the bill, problems started. To this day, I still have not received the money. when I call I don't get anyone on at least 5 numbers even 20 times a day. When someone calls me, we don't solve anything ... Either he doesn't speak English or they send me to another salesman and he doesn't answer again. I sent about 50 messages to the support, but there is no answer! Yesterday I finally got a lady who assured me that a refund is in progress but I have not received it today. I also booked a car so that when I receive the money I pay it as a natural person but my reservations are canceled. I will wait until the end of the week, if the money does not go to Germany and when I am in front of the store I will call the police. It's not a problem of waiting, but of not being able to agree on anything with anyone. No information. 40,000 is not a small amount of money !!!! very bad customer relationship!

I’m really disappointed that such company is commiting misstatements like a typical "trader". The car was used by an owner who smoked cigarettes inside the car. The car description was ‘Non-smoker vehicle’. You can not see/feel it during online meeting. Now 200 EUR cost of wash upholstery. Add lack of Adaptive light - was in features that completed the car. Lots of delays. Be cautious - pictures are really beautiful...
