Great support!
I bought both a lighter and a watch from Bitdials.
One of the times I was unlucky that FedEx delivered the parcel to the wrong person.
During the two weeks it took for FedEx to correct this, I had almost daily contact with Bitdials.
Their support team and Julia in particular were incredibly helpful and supportive.
The parcel finally arrived and I am very pleased with how Bitdials was involved all the way despite the error being 100% FedEx error, a great security to have in such a situation.
Hope we do more business in the future :)

I bought a Ford Kuga from carnext in Mücke, a couple of weeks ago. Mr. Biedenkapp was very helpful. My purchase was online and he gave a proper online view of my car. I was able to complete the process and have my car delivered to me (about 3 hours away) for free. I'm very happy with my purchase

Simple, fast and transparant communication

I had the worst experience buying my car from CarNext. After I paid the full price of the car, it was sent to the workshop for a month.
I was not warned about this procedure and did not receive any time estimation. The car was supposed to be in perfect condition when posted online for sale.
I have been paying a loan and also renting a car for a whole month, despite I had already paid for my car.
This is unacceptable, I will reccommend everyone to purchase their cars in a different shop.
