I bought a set of mats and a boot mat for my mums volvo after she loved the mats I bought for our bmw xi4. The bmw we had found to be problematic due to the pedals, yet carmats4u they fitted perfect, are great price and the edging matched the colour of the car. I thought I would go crazy and added colour edging and colour heel mat for mum. I know she will love them and I feel so confident that they will fit perfectly.
I would strongly advise not ordering from this company.
I placed an order on 24th March and paid £10 for next day delivery (1–2 days before 1pm) for a boot mat...
The only communication I have received from them was on 26th March, which said:
“Thank you for your recent order with us. We regret to inform you that the specific bootliner you purchased is currently out of stock due to high demand.
We expect new stock to arrive in approximately 2 weeks… Alternatively, we can offer you a diamond rubber boot mat as a substitute, which is in stock and can be dispatched ASAP…
Please let us know which option you would prefer.”
I was happy to accept the alternative diamond rubber boot mat, but the link in their email did not work, so I replied directly by email.
Since then, it is now 30th March, and I have:
Received no product
Had no confirmation that the alternative has been processed
Received no replies to multiple emails
Tried calling them on 01754 613974, but the phone just rings with no answer
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has now gone too far. My order is 6 days late, despite paying for next day delivery, and I have had zero updates or communication.
At this point, it’s honestly taking the mick.
I have given them additional time to respond after my last email, but still nothing. If I do not hear back by tomorrow, I will be contacting my bank and reporting this as a potential fraud case.
Very disappointing experience... avoid this company.

Really impressed with these mats. I love that you can customise them, I opted for the stain protection and it was definitely worth it.
They arrived quickly, and although the bag was open and one mat was missing, the company sorted it straight away and sent a replacement out really quickly, which was great customer service.
The mats themselves fit perfectly and feel really well made. The backing is nice and grippy so they don’t move around at all, which makes a big difference.
Great quality for the price, would 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order again

I ordered premium rubber mats and premium boot mat on 19 March. They have still not been despatched 29th March. I wrote asking for priority delivery but got a standard reply that they are busy and you'll get them soon. No mention when they will be despatched nor if they will be sent for next day delivery.
The updates on the website say that they are running 3 days behind. Their website should indicate how longer after placing order are you likely to receive them. It implies it's 3-7 working days for standard delivery but is that from date of order or date produced. If its date produced how long does it take to make. Much clearer delivery information would ensure customers are aware of when they will arrive and stop negative comments. Get your act together.
Update 30 March 2026
Tracking shows that Evri still does not have the item. Jack's reply to my review says that delivery should still happen tomorrow as planned! I will update with progress. I used the link to see where I can request priority delivery but I cannot see anywhere to do this. As I requested this in my chaser email to Csrmars4U which they replied to saying it was progressing, why could they not requested the priority delivery fir me? That would have been better customer service. I'll update again tomorrow.

I had a bad experience with Carmats4u. Two weeks ago ago I bought my car mat Michelin apparently. The quality is so thin like a cardboard It creases very easily, and I have the photos to prove it .on their website they show:Not completely satisfied? Return your order within 60 days in original condition for a full refund. 4x longer than industry standard, but in reality they ask for photos confirming the product is damaged, and if it isn’t damaged but you’re not satisfied with the quality, they ask you to send the product back at your own expense, even though theire says something completely different. I call this a scam . I bought another car mat but after this experience I cancelled immediately my order . Never I’m getting in to this website . The customer service is good but not helpful , they repeat the same thing like a robot . The customer service called to resolve the issue not to hear the same sentence . I emailed them few times . Excellent value and efficient and friendly service will definitely use again
Ordered last Thursday (so a week ago now) and zero update on order progress and a vague email about order tracking when I enquired about the status of my order. Then an excuse of "outages at the factory" and "expect an additional 48hours to the estimated time"..... despite absolutely no estimate being provided. Sent a further email and it wasn't even responded to. Very disappointing

After posting my review, carmats4u contacted me directly to discuss the issues I had with the mats.
They were genuinely interested in understanding and resolving the fitment issues I was having and went out of their way to find a solution for me.
Based on this experience, I found their customer service to be fantastic - I've therefore updated my original review to reflect the excellent service I received.
Original Review:
The mats and boot liner I ordered are mediocre at best. I got the Michelin mats option, they do fit but they’re thin and the rubber section on the drivers mat constantly catches the heel of your foot. I have average men’s size 10 feet so plainly the runner insert is badly positioned in relation to the peddles.
The boot liner was just a piece of moulded plastic, thin, slippery and actually didn’t fit properly at all.
Lastly, delivery is very misleading. The stated delivery is from the time they’ve made it and dispatched it which in my case took over three weeks - if I’d have known that when ordering I wouldn’t have bothered as I wanted them quickly.
I’ve had to reorder mats and boot liner from a different company and these are going in the bin - such a shame as I had high hopes.

I recently ordered a premium car mat set for £80 for my Vauxhall Grandland placing the order on 14th March, and it arrived today. I’ll admit I was a bit concerned after seeing quite a few negative reviews, especially regarding delivery times.
That said, while the delivery was slightly later than expected, I’m really happy with the product itself. The quality is very good — the mats feel durable, well-made, and definitely worth the price. They fit nicely and give the car a much more warmer feeling.
Overall, despite the slight delay and initial worries, I’m pleased with my purchase and would recommend them and will defo buy from them again in the future.
** UPDATE - March 26 2026 **
Received contact from the managing director within the same day of raising my concern here on TrustPilot.
They took ownership of the situation and offered an apology for the experience thus far. An exceptional solution was provided and I was able to see an immediate effect of this, essentially they kept to their word.
I have received confirmation that the items ordered are being shipped via DPD, and should arrive shortly.
Whilst problems can occur with any company - it's how they respond to a poor customer experience that truly shows their business conduct. Based on the response from the managing director - I can safely say they put the customer first.
Feedback was provided about my experience, which they intend to action and make improvements, so that's a bonus too.
Recommended.
** Initial Review - March 25 2026 **
Placed an order on the 9th of March for a set of car mats for two vehicles, it’s now the 25th of March and my order hasn’t shifted from stage 1 of 3.
Contacted customer support by email on the 16th of March only to receive an automated response with link to check order status on website.
Second attempt to contact support 22nd of March, met with a massive paragraph outlining their excuse for the delay, along with a request to wait — just another 48 hours — for the dispatch of orders. Those 48 hours expired yesterday, March 24th. The support team must be sending these en masse as any effort to check my order would show no dispatch time, and it’s not in production.
Third attempt to contact support 25th March by phone - since I'm fed up now of waiting - all of a sudden it's now just waiting on a label to be created and the order will be with me by the end of the week. Yet the website doesn't change at all to reflect this - still stage 1 of 3.
I am not confident that I'll get my order by the end of the week. It's a fairly dismal experience having to contact the company three times to get them to shift things along.
What an awful experience. Do not recommend.

Boot liner for Mitsubishi shogun fitted perfect and really nice finish
I unfortunately gave this company a one star review yesterday due to a misunderstanding with the order. The company have come back to me today and this matter has been resolved ànd I am now to receive the rubber boot mat for my Dacia Jogger which I thought I had ordered. The company have been very fair and have even allowed me to keep the floor mats which they originally sent me which shows the good principles that this company deals with its customers. I hope that my initial review is removed by trustpilot as the matter has been totally resolved to my satisfaction ànd I would highly recommend this company to any prospective customers

These are quality car mats, i've ordered two sets now for both of our cars, they fit perfectly and are colour matched to suit each vehicle.
We had issues with our local Volvo car dealer so we used Carmats4U, a far better service keeping us updated during the ordering and delivery process, would definetly recommend and use again.
