Great first experience with Carlton Leisure
I had several conversations with Abhi, who was extremely professional and helpful as my wife and I explored a number of options for our forthcoming trip to USA. Abhi was able to answer all our questions and went the extra mile to help us. On this occasion we chose to go with another provider as the equivalent package was significantly more competitive, but I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Carlton again in the future.

Ticket was issued without incorporating…
Ticket was issued without incorporating my passport no. No trigger whatsoever was their on website. Passport number or expiry date was never asked.
After issuance of ticket & receiving payment it was informed that could not transit through Amsterdam on a passport having validity of less than 3 months. Did not help at all.
Ultimately had to cancel the ticket. Total loss to me.

Not too good to be true
I had never heard of Carlton Leisure before, they came up with the best prices for some return flights to Orlando. I was a bit nervous booking but went for it. I had no problems with the booking process, I have my tickets and flights confirmed in my BA app, so now I can just look forward to my holiday.

Fixing an Overbooked Flight
I received a voice message and an email from Ronald, telling me that my flight was fully booked and needed to be changed. Ronald quickly booked me on another flight (albeit the next day) and compensated me with making the booking flexible and allowing me to check in luggage, which was appreciated.
