Flight Cancellation
Cancelled my grandsons flight last December (which was business class)and i have been waiting since January for the the refund of the the taxes paid. Every time I call I'm told they will call back in 24 hours and nothing happens today I called again and spoke to Joseph only to be told he will call back in 24hours !!!! Surely this refund must be sitting on their accounts after all this time!!!!!!

Fast, helpful service
Spoke to Jitty about getting tickets and she very quickly went through this process, getting us our tickets within a couple of hours. Particularly impressive since I made this call during the evening but people were still available to send these tickets over.

Dull, suspicious, unusual but a bargain
I was worried it was fraud.
The price was exceptionally low . I found it on line. I phoned the given number. It seemed amateur, the music, slow response, one female voice. I was not going to proceed. I asked AI and it said fraud.
The next day I phoned again, a male voice this time. Same kind of odd response. Again major doubts. I called my Bank and was thorough and reassured they'd chase my money for me. I made the purchase. One long haul flight. I was told to wait up to 96 hrs for the e-ticket to arrive.
It did arrive within that time.
There is such a flight. I've yet to contact the airline but it all seems genuine. If so I got a great price but a routine service.
Would I recommend it?
No.
It was dull, impersonal, nothing at all remarkable.

So far no issues regarding the booking…
So far no issues regarding the booking procedure.
Booked at a reasonable price 3 months before travel date which unfortunately due to airlines(British Airways) moving their location from Gatwick to Heathrow now means prices at this stage are £105 Higher than the prices from Gatwick and no longer Direct unless you want to pay £700+ per ticket more for a direct booking. Gatwick direct(£320) Heathrow direct(£1000+) to Tampa International.
Received my e-ticket 72hrs after booking using power credit over 3 months. Providing nothing changes over the 3 months with the booking i would definitely use Carlton Leisure again
