Suddenly very narrow fitting shoes?
Everything about the new models are too narrow - except for the toe. Customer service refused a refund on sale despite a refund being stated on the receipt handed to me if handed back within 7 days of purchase. Did just that. Was only offered a shoe stretching service for a tenner (on top of shoes that already cost 200+) and was told she regularly had to bring them to the cobblers when people purchased shoes. I have a broad foot, and those shoes would've needed handmade soles, they were that tiny. A simple stretch in fabric wouldn't have done it. No wonder nobody shops here anymore. My old pair falling apart from daily use 5+ years ago is better than the brand new ones!

I bought boots online that were not to my taste. I was able to return them to their shop where I actually purchased another 2 pairs which I had not seen online. The Italian manager in donaghmede was excellent and she is a credit to the company.

I needed a pair low heel sandals but sadly ordered the wrong size. Your call centre helped me through my disappointment and I got a pair that fits and a refund for the other pair without a problem x

It’s not so much the shoes that hv earned this star rating, as generally I’d say 4 or even 5. The issue is when you order on line.i ordered shoes, they take longer to arrive than I allowed for and they only give you 14 days to return. Because they didn’t arrive as soon as I expected - this is now problematic as I went away the day after they were delivered . Doesnt give people much chance to try on and return. Very disappointing as at £175 a pair you can’t right them off. So unless my son can go and post them back I’ve lucked out

Shoes ordered from Ireland Sunday evening. Shoes arrived day and a half later on Tuesday morning. Shoes gorgeous, service impressive 👌

Do not buy on line for delivery in UK. Waiting over 2 weeks now with no way of tracking delivery on line. Courier attempted to deliver but my crystal ball was cloudy and didn’t know to stay at home to take delivery that day. Only way of tracking is to call customer service. Really? is this the best a quality shoe company can do? Will be returning shoes if they ever arrive.

I happened to be walking past the store with my mother in Cork city. I had just been for a medical scan so was feeling a bit bummed down. We saw some really cute bits on the window and were immediately drawn in by many shoes. This never happens to my mother and I as we have a very specific taste. There was a sale on as we were entering spring. I didn't have the money on me to buy anything and asked for a card. They didn't have one at the time so told me to Google the shop name. They were really lovely and welcoming and helpful. Once I had some money I woke up one morning and searched on the online shop to see what they had left in the sale. I was delighted to see they still had two of the 3 pairs of boots I was interested in! The website was very easy to use and they give many angles in the photos of the boots. I haven't bought anything but cheap sketchers for over 10 years. They arrived quickly and very well packaged. I didn't even try them on in the shop and they are both so comfortable! I'm looking forward to see what footwear they will bring in next. Thank you Carl Scarpa for brightening up my life! For years I was just wearing my grotty cleaning clothes with my non working clothes gathering dust because I had nothing to match with them. I have a resurfaced confidence that I was sure I lost. Just going to the supermarket I'm feeling elegant. This might come across as a dramatic review but I'm really feeling so much better in myself just by wearing these cute AF boots to a farmer supermarket out in rural Ireland. 😄🙏

Love Carl Scarpa! It’s my “go-to” for on trend, beautiful shoes and boots. The quality is amazing and the leather is always beautiful.

Shoes purchased were not true to size.
Bought to replace a previous pair and although the exact same style, they were much smaller.
The company would not provide any compensation as I had worn them once.
Do NOT consider them to be customer focussed.
Would not recommend and will never use them again.
