Ensure quote prior to wok
The quote i received by phone was £130 for reprogramming the key before i went to the Watford store
afther the work, i was told it would £250 which i refused to pay and £130 was accepted in the end.
make sure the price is agreed before the work done

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed the recorded call and can confirm that the possible costs for either a key repair or a replacement key were explained before the appointment was booked. It was also clearly advised that pin codes would need to be ordered in order to program the key. Following this discussion, you agreed to proceed and booked an appointment at our Watford shop.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible with pricing and procedures.

I I have spent a few weeks going backwards and falls about a bloody Car key about different places that can say they can do it and then when it came to it they couldn’t find these guys and they did it within about 25 minutes. Very impressed with their work.
