Excellent customer service. Kev P (Gateshead) went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle proved difficult to get a key as it was an old model. Kev went back to my vehicle for the second time in 2 days and then delivered my key to my home address. Thank you again for being so helpful

Stay away
Awful experience with We've Got The Key. Left me without a working key. Paid them £120 which they eventually refunded. Had to pay £150 for another locksmith to do the job properly and had to take them to small claims to get that £150 back. Still refused to cover court fees/costs. Avoid - cost me time, stress and money.

Couldn't get a local company to do the job. Contacted We've got the key. They came out next day although 100 miles away. Had the car open in no time. Brilliant service and pleasant technician.

I was very pleased to see this man today as I locked my key in the back of my truck after putting my dog in his crate today, they phoned me to say they were on there way and phoned when he arrived at the showground, and he managed to get truck unlocked excellent service and a really nice chap highly rated a very happy dog as well. 👏😊

After a poor experience
After a poor experience with this company for an overpriced service, don't bother trying to complain. Neither a formal letter or emails have been responded to. Their T&Cs talk of a non existent complaints process that is somewhere on their website. It doesn't exist. Nor seems does their complaints team. Off to the ombudsman it is. Another failure of a company. Happy to take your money, not so much to provide a service.

I am absolutely in love at how we got treated, he was so independent, didn’t need to be watched we left him to do his thing which took 45 mins approximately l. I’d recommend him to anyone especially because my daughter doesn’t like talking to new people he was kind and very patient

Lost my keys on a Sunday, called them up, very pleasant and clear control room team. Chap turned up within hour and half, 8 mins setting up, then handed me the key. Thank you excellent service.

What a disgrace of a company
What a disgrace of a company. Contacted them through the RAC to get a locksmith because the keys and mobile phone were locked in the car accidentally. Prepaid 144 GBP. They said they would be there in 1,5 hours. Contacted them after 2 hours. THEY SAID ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 30-40 MINUTES. TRIED AGAIN AFTER 3 HOURS THEY SAID WE'LL CALL YOU BACK IN 15 MINUTES. CALLED BACK AFTER 45 MINUTES AND SAID ITS GOING TO BE 30-40 MINUTES. CALLED BACK AFTER 4,5 HOURS and couldn't get through to anyone on the phones. AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS AND 25 MINUTES ON HOLD I SPOKE TO THE PERSON TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT WHO GAVE ME AN EMAIL TO A DOMAIN THAT HAS NO DNS... All this for something that took 1,5 minutes to resolve. If we had known in advance it would be 4,5 hours and not been lied to would have chosen a local locksmith AND WOULDN'T HAVE WAITED BY THE CAR FOR 4,5 HOURS.

The company were very polite and confident that they could fix my issue the locksmith turned up the next day as my van was in a safe place and secure and I only lived round the corner. He was on time and called me before he arrived I me him on site and he was extremely polite and very professional he cut a new key and a new fob which is great and completed the job within 40 mins I am extremely happy with the service provided by the team as a whole and particularly by the locksmith a massive thumbs up from me and thank you 👍

Is losing your car keys stressful ?
Well .. company seem to have forgotten that most customers ring in desperate need. Having lost keys in supermarket car park and spent ages scouring to no avail
As Rac covered contacted via recommendation . Not covered for key loss .. but could still help.
This was 4pm .. phoned later much later to be told they couldn't make today but try to get there in the morning.
What to do ? Cancel and try elsewhere for more delay .. or just wait
If wanted to continue had to pay up front. Not cheap but in line with main dealer replacement key.

couldn't give me a specific time ... please no Robots !
Eventually a human gave me a time by lunchtime ..when guy arrived he was great . Took a while but he got there .
Company 1 locksmith 5 .
From 4pm to finish at 3 pm next day spending hours in this heat in supermarket car park come on .. this is not how you advertise and customers my age over 65 suffer as a result.365 day 24/7 service keeping customers waiting for hours to be told they can't be helped that day is unacceptable and cannot be recommended. Lifesavers
I locked my key in my boot and I had no spare key. One locksmith from a company came and couldn't open my car. Called WGTK and from the caller to Connor the locksmith, I had fantastic service. My car was difficult to open due to the make and year of the car. Connor got my car opened fairly quickly. Very courteous. Highly recommend WGTK
