Absoulety disgusting behaviour. No manners.
We sent a pallet through this company, they told us it wil take 7 days to deliver it which then took a total of 4 months. They hadnt informed us of any delays and shouted at us when we enquired about the status of the pallet. The staff are unproffesional and incompetent. A horrible experience i wouldnt wish on anyone.

I don't think we've had a single shipment through Cardboard that has worked as booked. On this occasion, the booking was made on 14.4 for collection on 19.4 with a fixed time delivery on 22.4. It's now 25.4 and the pallet still hasn't been delivered. Answer from customer service (Phillip)? "Die Kollegen habe nicht sofort gesehen, dass es eine Zeitfensterbuchung war "
