It's ok!
In general, I am satisfied with the service.
Pros:
-Shipping was much cheaper than competitors
- Delivered the parcel without any damage
- Adjusted the final delivery address without any problems
What could be improved:
-Tracking the current location. The current coordinates of the truck that delivers my cargo are not marked on the map in any way - only the path and reports that are not even tied to any city. Perhaps this information is there somewhere, but I clicked on all the buttons, checked all the tabs and still did not find it.
-I would like to be informed about the delivery time a little bit in advance, and not 20 minutes before the actual delivery. Considering the previous point, this could create huge difficulties, because I don’t know and even can't predict which day I will receive the package, and then I have only 20 minutes to react.

I don't recommend this transport…
I don't recommend this transport company, because they don't deliver the parcels on time, I can't find anyone competent to talk to to solve the situation.
THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. SOME LIARS

Do not trust. Awful customer experience. Horrible support. Lost 120Kg shipment (how is this even possible?).
A 120Kg, 230x100x20 cm shipment was declared "lost" after 1 month. The Cargoboard website still reports expected delivery date "in 1 week".
Customer support has a dismissive attitude and provided made up one liner answers for 1 month until they admitted not knowing where the ware was.
I proactively asked details to contact their partner locally to facilitate delivery when I still thought it was on the way. I was told to stay put and just wait, since their team needed to wait for the partner to come back with details on the shipment. Only to find out weeks later that the partner, contacted by myself, had never even received any electronic data about this shipment.
If Cargoboard can do this to a 120kg large shipment I can't imagine what they can do with something smaller. My recommendation is if you ship anything that has any value for you don't rely on Cargoboard.
The claim on Cargoboard's website that Cargoboard has "digital expertise and great customer service" has been consequently contradicted in my experience. Hardly anyone who would want to demonstrate the opposite of that claim can be so incredibly successful.
This review was responded to on Jan 13th 2022 with "Now we have everything clear and are able to send this one on the next departure to Ireland." Today, Feb 22nd 2022 the shipment hasn't been delivered yet. I'm confirming my review and scoring

Hello Stefano,
as we told you separate, there was a mistake on our side regarding the loading to Ireland.
The shipment was loaded to a wrong destination and due to the holidays we had no chance to load the goods correctly.
Now we have everything clear and are able to send this one on the next departure to Ireland.
We are very sorry for these circumstances.

They never ring the house bell
We tried them twice. First time the guy never showed up, rang the bell or called us. The second time we put a phone behind the window, the moment, we saw the truck we went downstairs but the truck was gone. He never even got close to the house. We put a note on the door saying please ring this bell.
The chat is useless. I am keep saying who is your supervisor and they are not responding. If there is a way of reporting and suing this company and their services I am all for it.

Please beware of their transport service…
Please beware their transport service is bad , their insurance non existent, they will reply to that review that the package was badly protected. It is their responsibility to be sure that they can transport the package , or refuse to take it if they think it is badly protected.
They also have no tracking information ....
Please don´t be fool and don´t use their services.

Selbstverständlich existiert unsere Versicherung.
Sie haben bei Ihrem Trabsport jedoch keine Versicherung abgeschlossen.
Ihre Sendung wurde lediglich in Folie umwickelt zum Transport übergeben. Eine Folie schützt die Ware vor Staub und Schmutz, jedoch in keinster Weise vor mechanischer Beanspruchung.
Die Pflicht zur Verpackung obliegt gemäß § 411 HGB dem Absender. Dabei muss der Absender das Gut, soweit dessen Natur unter Berücksichtigung der vereinbarten Beförderung eine Verpackung erfordert, so verpacken, dass es vor Verlust und Beschädigung geschützt ist. Für den Umfang der Verpackung maßgeblich ist die Art des gewählten bzw. vereinbarten Transportes. Wählt der Auftraggeber eine Beförderung per LKW, ist das Gut so zu verpacken, dass es gegen Fliehkräfte und Erschütterungen bedingt durch schlechte Wegstrecken, enge Kurven oder (Not-) Bremsungen geschützt ist. Wählt der Auftraggeber darüber hinaus eine Beförderung im Sammelladungsverkehr, ist das Gut so zu verpacken, dass es ausreichend gegen die im Rahmen einer solchen Beförderung stattfindenden wiederholten Umladungen und Zuladungen auftretenden Einflüsse geschützt ist.
Aus den o.g. Gründen mussten wir Ihren Schadensfall zurückweisen.
