Although they did send my product (Plantar X Wrap), I can NOT get ANY reply back from their support email regarding the size after several attempts over the last month. The product description claims they're one size fits all, but the label says L/XL and seems too big for my small feet. Really bad customer service to not even get a reply about this.

The Worst Customer Service
I purchased one of the knee sleeves advertised online. It was very slow to arrive, I think it took about a month or so, when it did there was a problem with the Velcro used for wear & to tighten it.
I sent an email to Customer Service who then OFFERED A 30% DISCOUNT to be reimbursed to me instead of the cost to return the item. That was fine with me but over the course of 3 months, the credit never appeared i my account and after trying to follow up with them they gave me a song and dance story, then eventually stopped replying to me.
A terrible experience, the worst customer service and my advice would be to not trust them and never purchase anything from this company.

Rating negative 20! I wish I could say better but I’ve never been treated this badly in my life!! Truly appalled by how I am being treated. I have been dealing with these people for over a month now and the short story is that they do not help, have misled and falsely advertised!
How to even start!? I bought the emerald lazer from a linked website on Instagram and bought it seeing as the reviews seemed great. After purchasing I continued scrolling and saw the website with the exact same descriptions and reviews (also rated number 1) but for AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT LAZER!
I immediately thought Scam and tried to cancel the money coming through through PayPal but the money was already processing and I could not cancel it via there. So I emailed the support address of caresole. I got no reply to both emails. I then tried to open a dispute with PayPal to help (no legit phone numbers provided and no response via email).
After PayPal officially opened the dispute, ONLY THEN, did I get a response from Caresole saying ‘the product had already been processed so they couldn’t cancel it’ and eventually send a useless tracking number. Covering themselves because PayPal is involved. No updates.
To my surprise the product is delivered. THIS HEALTH HAZARDOUS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED BY ANYONE. I opened it up to find a booklet filled with outrageous problems that could occur. (List below review). One being you cannot have eczema or be exposed to sunlight. I work all day in the sun and have eczema patches. So now I definitely can’t use the product. So I sent an email saying I want to return the product. No answer. So I send another email. I’m then told I HAVE TO PAY for shipping? On the website I had bought it from did not state that anywhere or in the terms and conditions. But because their terms and conditions on their ‘legit’ website (that you cannot find from the website I used), I have to pay MORE money, which already gives me less than half of what I paid back (THIS IS NOT A FULL REFUND LIKE PROMISED- I DONT CARE IF YOU SAY TECHNICALLY IT IS- IT IS NOT and that’s assuming the product arrives. Apparently if it doesn’t and if you don’t provide valid track and trace it doesn’t count, so you lose all of it. Otherwise you can keep the product you can’t even use and get 30 percent back- which is nothing!! I get 40 euro back of the 145 I spent? That IS NOT FAIR. YOU ARE MISLEADING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING.
I email back and forth over 22 times!! Over 15 being sent from me.
I go to the post office and am told the product cannot be shipped because of its battery. I ask many couriers - same thing. DHL said they needed safety documentation that I could get from Caresole.
I ask and they dodge the question. I keep doing this email dance of them not listening and not providing any documentation or alternative solutions to help my situation.
I eventually get the right number and after spending ages waiting (which costs a lot being international), being hung up on, not answered, cut off etc. I’m told they will have a ‘meeting’ and get back to me via email. An email that gave no answer and did the same thing as before : AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY and NOT TALKING ABOUT WHAT I ASKED FOR.
Still no reply. The lengths you have to go through to be acknowledged as a customer is outrageous. I do not believe they will provide a solution for me.
I’ve been taken for a ride, tricked into losing money. It’s not much money for businesses, but, for me and you it is a lot of money.
- I’m told I don’t have to worry about the guarantee but have no confirmation on it. The guarantee is a scam as is, but It’s a time bound isssue and needs to be solved. It’s still not.
There are no warnings about the product issues online (false advertising - misleading customers into purchasing unsafe and unusable products)
Condensed list of problems:
- I have to do a skin test to test whether the intensity will damage my skin
- If my skin tone is too dark I am unable to use it
- You say I must fully shave before or it could burn
- If my skin is prickly after use must wait till it gets better to use any product. If prickly after that - wash immediately.
- If you accidentally use 3 flashes on same place the product can burn you
- You must Avoid computer radiation?, any place that could be humid, dusty or have magnetic field. Also should not hit instrument and unable to block the heat outlet.
- Normal for skin to be swollen and red or tingly or warm and tell us to put ice or leave the skin to heal itself?
- Must turn off and disconnect immediately after use to cool down. Must clean filter contact to avoid machine breaking, And Must store between 0-60 degrees Celsius.
- Can’t use gelatinous creams while using it and must Apply isolation cream and sunscreen protective layer afterwards

I sent an email and no response. I have now gone to PayPal to dispute charge.
They have reached out to Caresole. Hope they have better luck.

It seems like the only time this “company” responds is when they are left a bad review. Which, as you can see if quite often. Moving on…shortly after writing the review they reached out to me reassuring me my item had shipped and was on its way but the tracking number was not available in their system and there had been some kind of delay in uploading it from the warehouse. But rest assured it was en route and may already be in my local area (btw I am paraphrasing their response from their emails) and of course they said how they understand the importance of timely updates and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. At the time they were actively working to resolve the tracking issue and an automatic email with the tracking number will be sent to me as soon as it becomes available.
I sent him an email in return letting him know that I never heard of any tracking service that does not provide the number right that in there, and if it’s their system, then whoever is processing, the order should be writing the number down and inputting it manually. I also told him that my concern was that they would say that it was delivered when it never was so I asked for the shipping date and where it shipped from. Once again, full of apologies, they were sorry for the confusion. They ship in bulk and also upload tracking numbers in bulk this time. There must’ve been an issue regarding the system. They were looking into it, and even though the tracking hadn’t been uploaded yet, the package was already on its way. Those emails took place on May third and fifth and on the sixth I miraculously received at tracking number. Well today we received the product which is not the product that I ordered. It was a look-alike yes but it was not the product I ordered. I ordered the radiance one handheld wand and received some thing called beauty introducer Coco life Coco live, so when I unpackaged it, there was one of those clear plastic stickers that you pull off before use and when I pulled it off, the buttons fell inside the device and also when you pull the sticker off the wording disappeared so you have no idea what function it’s on.
So needless to say, I will be Requesting a refund and if Not received in a timely manner I’ll go ahead and dispute with PayPal. Moral of the story? Hopefully more people will research this So-called company before placing any orders with them so they don’t have to go through the same hassles we have!
I purchased the Radiance One Handset on 4.24.24. Got an email immediately after thanking me for my purchase and that tracking info would be sent. Nothing had been received by 5.1.24 so I sent an email...no response...so I sent another today. I have yet to receive a response or tracking number. Would I have given a little more time for a response? Yes, I would. Until I read all the reviews and how they never received a response. At least not until they posted a review. So, heres to hoping this will light a fire and get a response or tracking number. Or better yet...both.

How LOW can I go? Negative 10?
I've just read other reviews on Trust Pilot. Sure wish I had read them before ordering Caresole Insoles! I need to return them. I emailed them on 4/28. That was 29 days after my order date. When I heard nothing in return, I sent another email on 4/23. And still......crickets. Since then I have been trying to reach them by phone at 877-334-3354. There is an automated voice telling me to hold while they connect me to the next Customer Service Associate. Surprise!! It rings until it automatically hangs up! I will not
give up trying to receive my refund!! If anyone has other suggestions to reach them, please let me know!

I purchased a pair of plantar pro insoles order #16280 / transaction ID 9358770041 after seeing a promotional advert on Facebook featuring medical professionals / doctors selling these insoles as a game changer if you suffer with plantar fasciitis and that you would see instant results. It was also stated throughout the promotion that there was a money back guarantee if not satisfied, as they were confident these would alleviate pain and life would change if you're a sufferer of plantar fasciitis, so obviously seeing this I had to try these for my partner who suffers with this condition., but since receiving them, cutting them to size and her wearing them for a fair period of time, it has made no change to relieve pain for her, if anything, it's made it more uncomfortable when she walks wearing them, so having spent $39.90 USD ( £38.52) on these pair of insoles, (cost as per my order confirmation email should you require proof) I would appreciate the guaranteed refund that was advertised. These insoles are an absolute waste of hard earned money and I'm very disappointed that no one has contacted me in relation to a refunded as per the promotional advertisement which clearly stated if not satisfied there would be no questions asked!
Having read other negative reviews, I'm not on my own, please do not buy from this company, a total waste of money and absolutely no customer service or replies received following my complaint apart from what appears to be a generic copy and paste reply to pretty much ALL of the poor reviews from what it seems. For Skinny Legs Only
I’ve been using KT Tape for my knee which really helps it to articulate correctly.
I got mine today. Seems like it would be a great product for anyone with pretty skinny legs. It rolls down my leg. Making it very uncomfortable, like a tourniquet. The top of the device needs some kind adhesive, like Spanx to keep it front rolling down the leg. I’m going to return mine.
Back to the KT Tape, which works really well but it’s expensive to use daily.

Refusing to provide a return address
Ordered online and faulty package arrived, replacement package arrived and again, faulty.
Emails are no help and the whole process is infuriating.
Requested a return address and got an email back, refusing to provide one.
The response that I may not have received the email is incorrect as I had been in contact with the support team, via email, for the last few weeks trying to resolve the issue. Seems to be the generic response they feed people but having being offer a 30% refund in the last email, I would say that it's without a doubt my worst online shopping experience ever.
Worst customer service ever, would avoid at all costs.

The shipping info says nothing and when I look at you company it appears to be orthopaedic supports. I ordered a red light mask by luma. Is this what I’m receiving? I see nothing like that on your site.

I ordered a pair of plantar fasciitis compression sleeves. There was no order number to track. I finally received them, and the quality is awful. I have contacted the company by email twice, with no response. I have called the company phone number and it rings and rings, with no voice-mail option. It feels like I got scammed, with no way to return a product that promises a 30 day money back guarantee.
UPDATE: The company has gotten back to me after leaving a negative review. They tried to blame no email on email going to spam folder. Not true, and I get multiple emails from them daily trying to get me to purchase more products! They have given me the option for a 30% refund, or to send the product at my own cost back to China, which is very expensive and was never made clear in their 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. And, if the product takes longer to get back to them, and it is 30 days beyond my order date--no refund. Since it took so long to receive the product in the first place, I assume that I might never see the return, and then I will be out more money. Buyer beware.
*Caresole offered me a partial refund, which I accepted because it was easier than going through their return process. I don't recommend the ankle/foot support products. These are so cheaply made, I can't see who they would work for. The reviews online, and on Amazon are accurate. Possibly a good idea for a product, but the follow through on manufacturing is extremely poor.

Received second pair of kneesleeves…
Received second pair of kneesleeves rather quickly (without charge) as first pair were too tight. They are very comfortable, lightweight and I wear one to support my knee during exercise and also helps with recovery afterwards. Great product!

So I finally got through to the sales…update on my order
So I finally got through to the sales centre, the lady was friendly and said my product was shipped and they were just waiting for the shipping/tracking number from their expeditors. Three days later I still haven’t receive it. I will try again to call this company and ask for a refund of my money. I wish I had of asked her while I had her on the phone but she sounded genuine. I guess that’s what a “scam” or bad company does. Should have researched this company before placing my order. So unprofessional and at this point I’m thinking I got scammed

Update on knee braces
I sent for the circa knee braces and tried them out. Accordingly tried to send them back since they didn’t help me. The return process is archaic requesting me to send them back to China at my expense. After contacting customer service I got nowhere even though they are a US based company they don’t receive returns. I feel this should have been afforded upfront to allow me to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. To add insult to injury I used the website when I could have gone on Amazon to buy them and have an easier return process. To me this is unacceptable as a consumer.
I purchased the knee braces on 3/21/24 and received them on 4/1/24. I tried them out and it actually made the pain worse. I contacted customer support to find out about the return policy since it states a money back guarantee. At that time I was offered 2 options. I could either send them back to CHINA for a refund or take a 30% reduction and keep the braces. If they don’t work why would I keep them?
Then the emails started between customer support and me about the return process. I kept asking why I had to send them back to CHINA when the return address on the package was from California. After much back and forth I was told the same thing over and over.
They are a US based company but the warehouse is in CHINA. Had I known all this upfront I never would have ordered from the company. There is no mention in their ad about any of this.
Today 4/10/24 I received another email with their return info. The item has to be unused and in original packaging to return. Well if I’ve tried them then they are not new so will my refund be rejected?
The information I have been receiving is very contradictory and is down right frustrating and as a consumer I’m disheartened about the run around I’ve received.
Thursday 4/11/24 I received another reply from Caresole. In the email they upped their offer to 60% reduction for keeping the knee braces. My question to them was if they were willing to give me that much why not just take them back and give me a full refund like they state in their ad as long as I didn’t have to absorb the cost to return them to CHINA. I have yet to receive a response. Pretty soon the 30 days will be up, maybe that’s what they are hoping for.
My advice to everyone…..DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have also noticed after reading other reviews that they use the same verbiage in all their responses. Seems very automated and not individualized according to the problem. Very poor customer relations in my opinion.
Update 4/20/24: Haven’t heard a word from this company after submitting the requested information. Absolutely no response. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.

Well I have been duped. After they offered 60% refund that I turned down they upped the offer to 75%. After long consideration I decided to take the 75% refund and cut my losses. Well after I responded I heard nothing. I waited a few days and contacted them again and still nothing. My 30 days was up on 5/1/24 and I asked them in my correspondence if they were waiting til the deadline then they wouldn’t have to acknowledge my request. NOTHING, no response at all.
AGAIN I WARN YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
