What made our experience great with this company was their representative, Anthony Black. Anthony was a terrific individual who was invaluable with helping us find the best community for our mother. His demeaner is genuine and kind, and his compassion for the difficulty of the moment evident in all aspects of our interaction. He is available throughout the process by phone, text, and by accompanying us to each place he determines may be a good fit based on the information we shared with him. We can not recommend him highly enough for those individuals facing this difficult decision and are in need of an honest and knowledgeable person who genuinely has your best interest at heart. We are fortunate that Anthony was recommended to us. Thanks to him we believe we found the best living option for our mother.

I needed to find a group home for my Dad the day before Thanksgiving! I met a great guy named Anthony Black and he jumped right on it and by 11am that same day he had several options set up to tour! He is very knowledgeable and is very compassionate and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend giving Anthony Black a call when the time comes! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Anthony!

Jen is a pleasure to work with. She has a long history of serving seniors to meet their needs ranging from rehabilitation, skilled nursing and placement of seniors into appropriate housing when they can no longer live independently. Because of her background, she understands the importance of finding the right placement for her clients. She is trustworthy, easy to talk to and will take the time to find the right place. I highly recommend working with Jen.

I spun my wheels for years trying to keep my sister from being homeless and applied her for Medicaid 4 times. Then I learned about care patrol. Christy Garcia helped me get her connected with Adult Case Management. What a relief. Care patrol and ACM really helped me so much

Amy Feger was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest during my search for an assisted living facility for my mother. She arranged five assisted living facility tours that were compatible to my mother's needs and Amy attended them with me. Amy was very helpful and understanding during the entire process.

Frances Zelch is extremely unprofessional, flaky, untrustworthy, and brought a lot of additional stress to an already stressful situation. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

I met Tammy Brewer about 5 years ago. She found placement for my brother twice now, and she is still helping. My brother is mentally challenged and he is 68 years old with seizures. So I have had challenges with finding someone willing to house him. I know that Tammy does not normally place mentally challenged people, but she has found a way through the many resources to place him each time.
I have no idea what I would do if I had not met Tammy, She is professional, caring and always looking for the best way to help. Tammy is definitely a blessing.

I was introduced to CarePatrol from a caring Social Worker at a local nursing facility that my mom was placed in after a sudden onset of illness requiring extensive rehab. Assisted Living was recommended. Tanya Gillis was listed on the brochure, she reached out to me immediately with several recommendations. Unfortunately her territory did not include where I was looking for a place for my mom. But with her swift and through follow up, she referred me to Myra Taliaferro of the Baltimore Annapolis area. In less than a day Myra, listened and gave us options. Her experience and expertise was exceptional! I believe together we have found a good fit for my mom’s continuing care needs and her quality of life will be improved greatly! The services CarePatrol provides and the caliber of your two employees representing your company speaks volumes! Both are greatly appreciated by my family and I.
Kudos to all that provide an incredible service to those of us faced with making decisions (sometimes required rather quickly) without knowing about this incredible free resource. A stressful and daunting task was made to feel easier because of Myra.

Emily is very unprofessional. I would not recommend her to help any family. My mom has been in turmoil since Emily tried to place them, causing fueds and misunderstandings between family members. Emily is very patronizing and I would working with her at all costs. Emily does not take professional responsibility for her own failures in placement, instead she places blame on others.

Dear Lena,,.. This is a long over due review>> Words can not express how wonderful Lena is… Not only did she help the WHOLE family during our time of need with our mother she is seriously the most compassionate person I know. I am a nurse and I thought I could handle this my self but you just cant ! Lena was available 24 hours a day and was the best therapist and support to our mother. We did not end up using Lenas referral ( due to our mothers decline ) but even after we no longer needed our help she still continued to reach out to us to make sure we were ok. It was never about the money with Lena !!!! It was truly about helping our family in the hardest time of our lives. She truly is the best…. Thank you Lena

Emily baron is the best! We didn't know where to start to find an Assisted Living Facility in our price range and one that we could happily call home. Emily went above and beyond all expectations. She found 6 facilities that fit our circumstances. She worked with us to get into a facility that fit our needs. She is knowledgeable and knows the facilities, what they offer. She didn't waste our time by taking us to facilities that would not work for us financially and space wise. We rate Emily at the highest level possible and thank her so much for her expertise in helping us decide on our new home.

Amandita Johnson was very helpful and informative about care options for our friend. Her personal service, including the time and attention she gave to our situation, was exemplary. Although we were not able to place our friend in a care setting at the time, Amandita continued to offer and provide useful information and support to us throughout the process.

I have had nothing but a great experience working with Tammy in finding suitable accomodation for my loved one. Tammy is always receptive and ready to give recommendations when needed. She is very knowledgable and caring,and very pleasant to talk with. She makes my concern hers, and does all she can to ensure that the needs we present is taken care of. Jane Nichols was very attentive to helping us place Dad in the right facility to best meet his needs and budget. We looked to her for advice and information during the whole transition.
She helped us with every detail in the process which can be overwhelming for the family as well as the family member that needs extra care. We would highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone who has a loved one that needs to be in a care facility.

We were so thankful for Marty who was so knowledgeable and helpful to us recently as we were searching for an assisted living facility for our friend. He not only supplied us with names of the facilities that fit her needs but he went with us as we toured the facilities and talked with the representative.
