I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that God placed Bonnie and her CarePatrol partners from Baltimore County (Ellen & Paula) in my life at the right moment. I won't go into the details of the unfortunate circumstances that left us scrambling to find an assisted living facility for my mom when she was suddenly being discharged, but Bonnie and her colleagues were there to help. They went above and beyond to assist with finding a place for my mom with an accelerated deadline. Bonnie is a sincere, genuine, and kind person - she has a natural gift for this line of work. She is an advocate for the family and the seniors she helps find clean, safe, and affordable facilities for, and has a wealth of knowledge in this industry. Our family thinks she was a gift from God. After we got my mom moved she even visited her and kept in touch with me. If you are in need of an honest, trustworthy, responsive, and professional agency then look no further!

Your advisor will do the legwork that takes the average person so much time and effort that you're almost too tired to tour facilities. Go to someone who has the connections and will help you make the most informed decision possible. They provide peace of mind during a very stressful time and can help simplify a difficult, but super important process.

Lena Hennis, of Care Patrol, Melbourne, has been the most helpful person in trying to find a placement for my brother. She has outstanding empathy, returns calls quickly and really does try to facilitate even outside her location area. She is unique in her field and does an amazing job.

Myra was a phenomenal support for our family. She assisted us in touring several assisted living centers. Helped us coordinate with our father's current placement and the new placement. Before using Care Patrol, I was starting to lose faith in the various institutions that provide support for the aging population. At various times throughout my mother's past months, I was continually disappointed with the lack of care, compassion, and accountability. My 89 year old mother fell right after Christmas breaking her wrist pretty bad. We knew at that point, she was not safe to be living on her own. We reached out to Mary Ann at CarePatrol who was wonderful. She researched the best communities she felt would fit my mom's personality. She suggested a two room apartment, rather than one room, since my mom was moving from a three bedroom apartment. Mary Ann felt this would be a better transition and it was. My mom is so happy, involved in activities, meeting new people and safe. I would highly recommend Mary Ann. She knows all the communities so well and makes it so easy for the family. Mary Ann took care of everything and made the transition for all of us so easy.

I am so pleased and appreciative of all the guidance and help I have received and am still receiving. George Alber answers all my questions within a few minutes of receiving my text/phone call. He, and CarePatrol, are making the process of moving my mother into assisted living less stressful. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in my situation.

Angela at Care Patrol is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with to help a client. I needed affordable housing that included 24/7 care for a client that has run out of money but was not eligible for Medicaid. Angela was communicating with me multiple times a day from day one.
