Careline Support Reviews 

I have had contact with careline on several occasions over the last 12 months when there has not been a lodge manager here. I have always found them very efficient and friendly.

After feeling very unwell I used my pendant to contact Careline who responded quickly. They called for an ambulance and I was taken into hospital. Before the ambulance arrived Careline kept in contact with me making sure that I didn’t feel alone. I continue to live safely at Fern Hill Lodge knowing that Careline is at the end of the phone.

several of us were involved with Careline over a few weekends dealing with the lift problems every call we made was always answered without delay.

I gave this five stars but luckily I haven't had cause to use it. It's reassuring to know it's there if required.

As a lodge manager myself and several owners have used careline on numerous occasions, always friendly, helpful and stay on the line to talk you through and keep you calm until help arrives.

Lisbon Place careline monitoring moved over to Careline Support on 1st July. On the odd occasion our residents have needed to call Careline Support, their calls have been answered in just a few seconds! This is a marked improvement in service response...and a potential lifesaver for some of our residents. 5 star service!!

We haven’t had to use careline in an emergency so far but have accidentally pushed the button a few times and they have always responded quickly and were polite and kind.

Whenever I have had to contact Careline, the staff have always been polite, efficient and helpful.

I must say a big thank you to all of the staff at careline from the Lodge Manager at Avonbank Lodge, your support and patience is remarkable, when I call the staff are always polite and supportive, the owners all have also mentioned on many occasions how helpful they found the staff at Careline.

My elderly mum had a fall last night but thankfully she was wearing her pendant and pressed it and was able to speak to the adviser who made calls to the family so we were able to help her quickly - so glad she was wearing it otherwise she could have been on the floor for many hours. The ambulance arrived and checked her over and thankfully no major injuries. Highly recommend as they really do save lives - thank you !

Very efficient in responding to a problem. The call handlers are very patient, polite and knowledgeable/well trained.

They absolutely love their job.

Very quick response, professional and friendly, helpful team. We made a phone enquiry on Friday and 3 days later by Monday had the falls package unit set up in mum-in-laws home. Alice dropped off the paperwork as she lives near us and we collected the unit from the office in Ringwood. James gave up his time to explain how it worked and how to set it up. Superb service. They do post out paperwork and the units too by the way!

I called to report water leaking into my apartment. My call was answered promptly and dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. The appropriate workmen were contacted and the repair work was carried out quickly. It is reassuring to know that Careline are available for any emergency.

Call was answered within seconds. After taking details of problem asked me to stay on line while an ambulance was called. Came back on to advise ambulance was on the way. Called home number twice afterwards to check if the ambulance had arrived and when my wife was able to confirm I had been taken to hospital for a full check over she said she hoped all would be well. My thanks to the operator.

I find that having Careline Support makes me feel safe in my home while living alone I know that help is just one press button away. I have used this help in an emergency when I couldn’t breathe and everything was done so quickly, a paramedic was here within five minutes followed by an ambulance in another five and all the time the lady that answered my call was reassuring me the whole time. I certainly wouldn’t want to be without Careline Support now.
