I'm at Colebrooke Lodge Prices Lane Reigate, I have lived here for three years with my wife. Hardly a week goes by without something breaking down or not working properly . the doors don't work properly, sometimes not at all. The " I'm okay " system often has a " technical problem " the front door bell isn't reliable, so visitors cannot contact us and we lose whatever was intended.When we moved in we were given alarm pendants one worked for ten days and packed up and was never replaced, mine packed up a while afterwards and we were told you now have to pay for them. We are paying through the nose for services that are just not there !

Donna at Sarum Lodge in Salisbury is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and builds good relationships with each resident.

Our mum has been living at this retirement lodge with Careline support, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the decision. She absolutely loves living there and has settled into such a happy, comfortable lifestyle and a lovely environment.

As a family, the biggest comfort for us is knowing that she is safe, secure, and supported while still maintaining her independence. That peace of mind is priceless.

A special mention has to go to Sharon, the manager, who goes above and beyond every day. She is caring, approachable, and genuinely looks after the residents so well. The kindness, support, and attention she gives our mum means so much to us, and it’s clear she truly cares about everyone at the lodge.

We are incredibly grateful for Sharon and would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming community for a loved one.

I visited the lodge with my Nan and was shown around by the manager Ann Marie. She was exceptionally helpful and explained everything to us about the apartments and communal areas. She introduced us to some of the owners, which my nan found extremely helpful. The building is kept immaculate and we received a very warm welcome. Thank you

I would like to share my appreciation for the support that the Careline service offers our St Nicolas development. The Team are very sufficient, helpful and caring. When an alert goes through they always follow up with the Lodge Manager to see if things are ok and to offer additional support if needed.

As a carer working within Simmonds’s lodge Drayton, & working along side our lovely manger, Careline is a great support system for all our lovely clients, residents, and their families too, with careline, theres always someone at the end of the phone for everyone in need, giving reassurance and a prompt service, to assist in every way, giving peace of mind,

Always greated with a smile by Neal the manager of Dickens Lodge. He helped dad settle in to his new flat. They became friends & chatted everyday because he is so genuinely caring & always at hand to help.
Dad had a leak go into his flat from the roof & Neal sorted it out.
He is still very supportive to myself & family whilst we have been sorting the flat after dad passed away.

Management were so helpful and friendly. Neal was always there taking care of everything, making sure we were all happy with everything. So grateful for all the assistance.

Our three night stay in Mill Green Lodge enabled us to enjoy a well presented and comfortable Guest Suite. Clean and bright with comfortable beds and en-suite, a chair and dressing table stool together with a small fridge which contained fresh milk. Anne (Lodge Manager) has consciously made the GS into a great experience. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit.

Careline have been a complete godsend. My husband has Parkinson’s and bladder problems and I am recovering from a massive stroke! I am unable to give my husband the care I had been and the staff have stepped in and taken over this role. From our introductory meeting with Yeti to all the carers, they have entered our home and shown care and efficient nursing to Willie and have aided me as I have mobility issues. Couldn’t do without them so a big thank you to the Careline team!

Mitchell Lodge in Southampton is amazingly, Sharon runs it so well and she makes it a pleasure to be there.

I had the pleasure of spending 3 days cleaning the communal carpets at Passfield Lodge, Lightwater recently. Every day I encountered lots of happy smiling owners, who were always complimentary about the service from their building Manager Rebecca.
It was a pleasure working for Careline Support and it is clear the company really do 'care'.

I accidently set off my alarm on two occasions. The first was the fire alarm when I was using my steam iron under a smoke detector at 4.30am. The second when I accidently hit the alarm button in the bathroom whilst cleaning the bath. Each time Careline answered promptly and explained what had happened and told me not to worry about disturbing them with a false alarm. They were reassuring and professional and I was left feeling very impressed with the service they offered.
