The item was not delivered
The item was not delivered. After a month, they wrote to me, that the address was incorrect, although this is not true, because the delivery address was correct. I asked what specifically was wrong with the delivery address, but I did not receive an answer.

Thank you for your review. We understand it is very frustrating that your package could not be delivered. Since the order needed to be shipped to Lithuania, it’s possible that the address was not processed correctly due to our Dutch system. Unfortunately, PostNL has not provided us with clear information on why the package was returned.
