The Cardo system is compact and works great. Finally able to be in the loop.

Still haven’t received the products. UPS has them stuck in shipping. I have called them a few times and thought it was rectified but still have not received the package. Paid them COD with my Credit Card on the phone and still no package

I placed an order, you shipped it and it arrived timely. Is there anything else I should ask for?

One of the glue melts the sticky was halfway off and won’t hold. Also, connectivity have tried multiple times can never get connected with my son or anyone else in the group. Other guys have Cardo and have experience having problems connecting with us as well.

Could have been 5 stars, but long shipping lead times. I understand company is working on that. They did have good communication when I contacted them, and it shipped shortly after. Thanks!

Great product to have when riding motorcycle. Easy install and works very well with Bluetooth. Battery last very long time with full charge. Would purchase again.

The ordering process was easy. It was shipped in a timely manner. My concerns were the quality and volume of sound that I would get by installing this. The install was remarkably simple. The sound quality while listening to music is actually better than I expected. If your bike is loud, I would suggest buying some ear plugs to tone down the exhaust and wind noise. It helps with the overall sound quality. I will suggest the Cardo Pack Talk to my motorcycle friends.

I placed my odrer on December 28 th and it took two weeks before I got my notice that it had shipped that just seems extremely slow to me , I mean I get the one holiday but 2 weeks , shipping and handling was $6.99 I think so they are getting paid for the product and for shipping. I’m hoping I won’t t need to buy anything in the future

Very convienent on the slopes. Only downside is the echo of your own voice.

Bought three outdoor packtalk for my family on a snowboarding trip and it works great on the slopes.

occasion detecting issues on start up, it works well after rebooting the units.

Connectivity range is good and it makes a big difference when teaching a 10yr old - i don’t have to shout anymore!

The only improvement i could think of is that i need to remember the Cardo voice commands, which takes a bit of time

The voice command function does not work properly. It will function at random during normal conversation by turning volume up, down, or off at random without saying Hey Cardo or anything close to the command. When it shuts off the link on its own, you will get your music blaring in your ears at an unsafe and alarming volume. This makes it unsafe as well. The edgephones are also uncomfortable and irritate your ears within 20 minutes of use. They are too stiff and too tight with no way to adjust the tension. The concept is great which is why I ordered them, but the software needs work and the edgephones need a more comfortable redesign.
