Bad experience

As long as you don’t have any issues, everything is fine. But when you do have a problem (even with a tracked package), it takes months for them to actually do anything.
I’ve already been waiting three months for a resolution to my case, even though the carrier company has provided written proof that the package is lost.

Support closing ALL my tickets without

Contacted support regarding an issue with a seller falsely claiming lost cards, yet was selling the cards on his second profile. "Support" closed my tickets without acknowledgement or any assistance, and would close all my tickets therafter without assisting me. Very dissapointed this agent would just close tickets and there is no resolution

From time to time there come certain…

From time to time there come certain troubles, but so far Cardmarket support always helped to resolve the issue and on top also refunded fully associated costs. Well done, very trustworthy.

Cardmarket is the best option to buy TCG

Cardmarket is really a great website to buy or sell your cards. During December, one of my order has been lost by the postal services and i got a full refund. It is really reassuring to know that there is a team behind the site and that they are listening to you. Thank you Isabelle from the Support, your really helped me in this situation.

Best Customer Service !!

I have been a client of Cardmarket for already 5 years and have never been disappointed. Only recently a problem with a seller occured and the customer service was really fast and serious to solve it. The best service I ever gotten as a customer.
Will be loyal to this site forever !!!

Damaged Card due to Bad Packaging

Seller Packaged a Card very Bad and it got Damaged while Shipping . The Seller refused to communicate making it Sound like this was my Problem . I contacted the CM Support who gave me a Goodwill refund right away and Solved the Issue within my first Mail to them . Even the Seller benefitted from that approach which makes both Sides of the Deal Happy . 5 Stars absolutely deserved. Thank you

Best card site in Europe.

Support always helps. Most of the time (with the exception of a few bad apples) the sellers are also very professional and quick to help/ship your order. The best peer to peer card platform in Europe to date

Absolutely fantastic customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a shipment not arrive, after a couple of attempts from the seller, but the shipment eventually got lost, cardmarket then refunded the entire cost of the shipment.

Best place to buy and sell, Support helps you and even when you the one who did not read well and is undoubtedly wrong. even when you sound angry, they still help and look for the best to help both seller and buyer!
