It was my friend's birthday this week and I sent a card through Cardly, 2 weeks in advance so that she would get it in plenty of time. I spoke to my friend on her birthday and she said she had not received the card so I put in a complaint. I realised after that it was my mistake, as I had typed in Avenue instead of Road on her address. Patrick in customer services was great though and sent a replacement card (not at my request), which my friend received today with her correct address. They didn't have to do that so great customer service! I will be using Cardly to send all my greeting cards in the future. Thank you!

I have used Cardly a number of times now and have found it simple to use, beautiful cards to pick from, accurate delivery times and reasonably priced. I made a slight error on my last card and within 5 minutes of emailing the company they had contacted me with a solution. Thanks Patrick!

After experiencing issues with the card editor on mobile and leaving a review they reached out to me as soon as possible to not only offer a refund but asked if I wish to validate the user experience after they've reworked it.

I contacted Cardly to ascertain the delivery date for a card I ordered for my sister in Australia (I'm in the UK). I was contacted by Patrick extremely quickly who was incredibly helpful with my enquiry. During our discussions the card was delivered which my sister loved. Very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use again.

Well this was a most unexpected lovely experience! I was in the middle of a pandemic, (with all of you:)) and learned of a situation where I wanted to very quickly have a card sent and could not just run to a store, find a card then make it to the post office. I found Cardly, set up a card, ran into difficulties and sent them an email message asking for help because it was mid-day on a Sunday and couldn't call anyone. I was going to abandon the idea to send this card. My email had a quick reply, much to my surprise. Then a short little video tutorial made just for me sent in another email showing me exactly what I needed to know! I fixed my card and sent it just like that!! Now as long as it actually arrives quickly, this has been a most perfect experience and one I will definitely be using again and again!

will definitely use again, brilliant service, nice cards and funny cards. If I had had to post the card overseas myself it was going to be at least a week late instead I ordered it 3 days before her birthday and she got it on time. In my haste, I stuffed up the delivery date but a quick email and that was sorted.

use Cardly from Australia to send cards back home to the UK. The website is so easy to use, although it has better functuality from a desktop rather than my Android smart device. Cards always arrive in time, and are really unique and lovely. Some beautiful designs and great personalisation options.
I've always had great customer service, and especially recently when I had a technical issue with an order (totally on me, user error!). Patrick sorted it right out for me! Thanks heaps

I Googled this company after watching an older episode of Shark Tank Australia on YouTube and was delighted to discover they are open for business. I live in the US so I was doubly delighted to learn they offer their services to folks living outside of Australia.
I love their card selections and that they are created by so many talented artists. The price of the cards is really inexpensive and the writing feature is so fun.
Although the card was created and shipped within the promised time frame, a major snowstorm delayed the delivery by a few days. When the card did not arrive on time, I contacted customer service for Cardly and was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. These guys deserve 5 stars for their customer care alone!
I will most assuredly be a repeat client and have already told several of my friends about Cardly and everyone is excited to give them a try.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of sending great cards at a great price and who value superior service.

After an issue whereby my order was not processed due to an unfamiliar postal address but my payment was still taken, Patrick at Cardly was swift in resolving my issue and very thorough with communication, which I appreciated. I look forward to my recipient receiving their card. My only room for improvement, if I may, would be to ensure that any issues at checkout are resolved prior to payment being taken as it was quite unnerving as a customer to be in such a position, whereby I have been charged without confirmation of an order being placed, and it is not a process I have experienced before with other online retailers. That said, I am now satisfied by the customer service received post-order being made and appreciate the time Patrick took to resolve the issue.

Our friend recently came down very sick and we wanted to create individual messages from everyone. This service is really amazing and that it looks very genuine with the different types of hand writing and messiness that you can choose! The little doodles give it an extra hand written touch that I haven’t found on other websites. I also made an error in one of my designs and was able to quickly resolve it with customer service. It was very fast and friendly, I would highly recommend it to anyone. I would use the service again!
