I have just started using the app. So far I love the way it is set up and how it helps me keep track of my blood pressure, heart rate, weight, steps, medication, etc. The ability to print out report... See more

This is edited at Trustpilot’s request. MY review below stands. After MANY emails over the past six days, Cardi-health has cancelled my subscription, effective in six months. Despite several requests, I received no explanation of why an initial $40 sub should trigger two charges within a few days, one for $52, one for$149.99 at the end of the initial six months. This is a genuine review and I have provided Cardi-Health with screenshots of the charges.
As I wrote last week:
“I tried Cardi-Health and paid ~$40 in August 2025. I found it wasn’t what I wanted. I thought I had cancelled but in the last few weeks, my CC has been billed $52 and $149 in quick succession, without explanation. I don’t use it at all. When I tried to make sure I was cancelled, the bot claimed it couldn’t find my account and then ghosted me. I tried to complain through my bank without success.”

Never use this business if you would like to contact them by telephone with a problem. I was advised by them that they do not offer this service.

Because it does not help anything I need it for. I can check my own blood pressure. And it said free nothing g was free. I canceled the subscription same day I downloaded it a d it’s still charging me today $42.79 that I didn’t have for them to take out of my checking account. Now I have to call and fix the problem. Smh!! Do better Cardiolink

I signed up for a trial. I quickly realized this was not for me because I did not like the good choices. Sandwiches, wraps not my thing. I called and was told it would cancel. Now I got charged $99 plus another $33 for workout I do not recall even seeing. I already have a workout routine so did not need that. Reached out through email this time since they say I never cancelled. Told it’s too late to cancel till next renewal. I would be very cautious with this company. They can see I have not been using this app since the beginning. Will discuss with credit card company.

This app was tried because I was looking for a program that I could use to take my bloodpressure with the camera. Everything has to be taken and input in app. The company takes advantage of seniors and medically enabled by holding your credit card and charging your card without notification that they are fixing to do this. All programs give notification prior to charging the card on file but no notification given. Also. I immediately notified the company and they would not give my money back. The second charge was 5 times what I was charged the first 6 months period. Never have I been treated this way to not refund my money on such and outrageous charge for not even using this program. Save yourself the trouble.
They do respond for me to provide proof. The fact is you do not send out a notice prior to charging someone’s credit card. You charge it because you have it in file and have a policy if not returning the funds you just charged. Prior to purchasing this product the public should be informed of this before their first purchase. It’s a lot of money to be taken like this.
Notified immediately when the company charged for the coming year I was not going to renew and to refund money. They would not refund. Don’t leave your card on file with them for auto renewal.

I don’t care for the “additional” offers within the signup process. Just want the app.
Maybe offers could be sent in another email

I agreed to try the App for a $29.99 Six months subscription. Tried using it and didn't like it. Shortly thereafter I was admitted to my local hospital and 8 days later discharged for three weeks to a rehab facility. Forgot about this App. Then exactly six months later a debit charge came through for $99.99!! No notifications that this App was renewing at this outrageous price. I'm not only reporting this through my bank as a fraudulent charge , I will also report this to the Attorney General office in Delaware where this fraudulent outfit is located. Don't ever use this App!!

This app is awesome. You get meal plans, workouts and meal logging. This has been the best app for help with nutrition for heart health and monitoring it.

Be aware of the charges. I have been charged two charges of money for the 6 month period. I kind of knew it was coming but was only expecting 1 charge. first charge $59. Second charge $168.99 on the same time. God knows what the second charge is for, so be careful what you are signing up for. Probably some small print I agreed to. Thats a lot of money for this app, considering your samsung and Apple health apps pretty much do the same thin for free. Anyhow, just be careful, i have seen words like fraudulent when reading reviews as a lot of people have experienced the same thing. i tend to agree. Also, when i try to hit onto subscriptions to leave, it comes up with a error message. Everything else on the website is accessible. Not sure if this is just a coincidence or just part of the scam.

Don’t touch this company - when I went to cancel my subscription they charged me £48.88 for nothing. I had never used their service and wanted to cancel and they have never explained the £48.88 cgarge

I too subscribed to Cardi health for a trial period, didn’t see a auto renewal clause and when I received a charge on my CC I tried to stop subscription but I also got an error message and they didn’t have a phone number to call. I find this company very difficult and leaning on fraud. I still can’t stop subscription.
