I have another heart app that works…
I have another heart app that works just fine, but wanted to check this one. I was tricked into an auto-renewing series of charges, at $50/ month (39.99 plus 10, separately, with no explanation.) Having tried with no success (YOU just try to find the 'stop autio pay' button--I have never once found it, I believe that their business model is to make it extremely difficult to cancel. It adds very little value to other health apps and the customer service is awful. It's a parasite.

I had a billing issue and customer service took care of it right away. They were polite and apologetic and let me know how to proceed and resolve the problem. I really appreciate their concern and attention they gave to me.

Scam company, do not fall for this. The app does nothing useful and they charge you $100 every 6months for something an Apple watch does free. Don't fall for this subscription rip-off tactic where they lure you in with a low or free trial.
