This company is amazing. There is so much to choose from. My items arrive on time and are good quality.

When replacing the tachometer cable on my 1963 Massey Ferguson 35 I noticed that the ignition warning light was past it sell by date, so decided to replace it while everything was removed. Checked my agricultural supplier and found the correct (or alternative) was not available. As it is an odd size compared to Lucas item, next stop was CBS. Not only was the correct size red light available, but exactly the same as the one fitted other than bezel. Result as usual from CBS.

CBS have been consistently excellent over a number of years, on one occasion getting parts to an out of the way place in Scotland in 24 hours so a tour wasn't spoiled.

Very poor service ! Do not buy !!!
Not honest about what to expect from the delivery..
Paid for a 3 x separate products - paid extra for a Saturday delivery which never happened..
Had to intervene before delivery on the Tuesday as they had the wrong address …Waited with my technical support on the Tuesday for the delivery which ended up being only part of the delivery.
When I phoned CBS they told me the rest of the delivery was coming direct by another supplier!!!! I was never told this !
This experience has left me out of pocket , I will def not be buying from this company again , I suggest you don’t !!!

As usual ordering was easy, but....the prices didn't tally up with the current catalogue. I did use the 'chatbox' the only thing I could see at the time to raise concerns, and I'm sure it was a chatbot, as the answer I kept getting really didn't answer the question. However, delivery was great and items were good quality, but please don't over complicate the invoice pricing
