I found the service provided by Car Box exceptional, and value for money! For the installation, they arrived on time, completed the task extremely quickly, and were very helpful. I would highly recommend Car Box to anyone looking at buying car accessories such as roof rails, roof boxes etc.

Superb Customer Service. Calm relaxed and gave you what you needed not what you didn’t AND they fitted everything as well. Nothing was too much trouble. We got our largeThule roof box first. We visited Stuart at his fitting studio at the garden village where you could get a nice handmade sandwich and drink while you waited whilst they fitted the box and rails to our VW Caravelle. The fitting took 30-40 mins hassle free. I actually had another issue that I wanted to take 4x of our La Fuma reclining chairs on holiday, unusual maybe but not a fan of bikes But with family aboard our 7 seater there was no room at the Inn. Discussing this with Stuart he recommended the Thule bike rack. Genius. Downside was we went on our staycation holiday to Devon in 5 days time. Stuart checked stock at Thule and he could get it 3 days time. Stuart then offered to meet me closer to where we lived in Hitchin which was brilliant for me as going on holiday when you run your own company has invariably its timings issue.. phone call from Stuart it was in, unfortunately on the early evening we met there was a large lorry fire on the M25 which shut the M25 down for most of the day. Stuart proceeded to get to me and vice versa, we changed our meeting locations a couple of times to suit the heavy traffic on the A&B roads. We finally met up, it then proceeded to tip it down. Bless. Stuart calmly and professionally fitted the bike rack whilst we chit chatted at the arduous journey we had just had. Why all of this explanation because you generally/rarely get this type of committed service from the corporates. Stuart was once again calm, relaxed and not phased through any of this a complete pleasure to deal with. Stuart’s great testimonials drew me to this independent company plus their brilliant and seemingly effortless fitting service. I would highly recommend them. Finally we all arrived in Devon after a proper rain soaked trip down safely. I’m writing this review on our La Fuma relaxing chairs in the sun. Happy days thanks Stuart.

Great service. The roof bar fittings suggest by Thule did not fit my model of car. Really helpful in contacting Thule and getting their technical team to suggest a solution. Booked another time in for the roof bar fitting and sorted the issue. Great service. Great communication. Roof bars work great. Also better value that Halfords.

Very efficient service. Although mats were sent from Germany, the mats arrived with a few days and were correct and on good order.

I ordered a boot liner for a Land Rover Freelander 2 but received a liner for a Jaguar XF II. I have tried to get Carbox.co.uk to respond to my e-mail and telephone requests for a resolution but they have done nothing. I see below that on July 27th that Jan reported the boot liner for her Jaguar XF II doesn't fit and is the wrong size and shape. I wonder if our boot liners were sent to the wrong addresses ? We'll never know whilst Carbox refuse to respond to their customer complaints .......

Ordered roof box at reasonable price. Popped in and got some good advice about new roof bars too. He fitted them all whilst we went for a coffee in the garden centre. Hadn't realised Thule were made in Britain which is always nice to find out! Picked up some surf board protectors as well. Lovely guy.

Very disappointed, doesn’t fit our Jaguar boot at all Too short, not quite wide enough and the wrong shape . The ad stated that it was for a Jaguar XF sports break for 2015+ our jag is a 2018!!!

Great choice of roof boxes and car accessories. The website is laid out in a way that makes it easy to choose the right item. Competitive pricing. My roof box was delivered to my house by the website owner (!) and he explained the details/ how to use it - very impressive and worth any small price difference.

Fantastic service - really personal and attentive. Bought a Thule roofbox and, despite there being zero stock in the UK and no date for new stock to arrive, the guys managed to secure one for me and saved my family summer holiday to Cornwall. Called me when it was in stock and delivered on time as promised by the Car Box team. Overall a much more pleasant experience than dealing with the big high street brands. Would highly recommend Car Box and their wonderful team 10/10.

Excellent customer service, thoroughly explained all the available options. Fully updated once the order was placed regarding lead times and then a nice and easy process of attending and store and having it all fitted. Highly recommended.
