You have never met a mechanic who treats his customers this well. Honestly, such a genuinely good human who wants the best for his customers. He is on top of this a great mechanic and offers ridiculously low prices. I found him on a comparison website and could not believe my luck, he goes above and beyond for you every time and now I recommend to all my friends and family.

Amazing service, loads of information about the car, had a long test drive, he kindly got it a fresh valet and put some fuel in for me and I’ve now had the car for 3 weeks with no problems at all. Great service highly recommend.

It is has been a smooth ride from the first day I stepped into Car Boutique till now. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. They just don't relate with customer on a business level only. Foremost, your safety and comfort is paramount to them.
I purchased a Ford S-Max from Car Boutique on 11/11/2013 with a 6 months warranty. My first car in the UK since we moved in from Europe. I can testify that I had never had such a customer service relationship that seems like a family bond. And my first experience driving a right-hand wheel. When Mr. Sanchit saw the way I drove during the test drive, he promised to deliver the vehicle to my residence in Liverpool himself. Which he did. He also gave me very useful tips as a first timer with a right-hand wheel. He calls or send messages at least once a week to ask about my welfare, my family and of course the vehicle. Till date he is always available to answer every of my question regarding the vehicle. Do you need to buy a car without worries? Affordable and of a A grade quality? Search no more further. I will gladly recommend Car Boutique. A reliable and trusted car dealer.

From first contacting Sanchit who made us feel that he had real passion for ensuring the Customer came first. While contacting them and arranging my appointment I was always kept up to date on the car and when it would be ready.

During the test drive Sanchit noticed that something was not right with the car so he sent it back to the garage to be looked at then gave a complimentary delivery service of over 200 miles.

And we received follow upcalls making sure everything was ok with the car and no issues to report. I didn't know car dealers like this still existed!
