Great Customer Service
Love the coffee from Caravan and my experience of their customer service has been excellent. There was a mistake with an order I had placed, but this was very quickly resolved - my emails were responded to in a timely manner and with politeness. I’m very happy with the coffee and the service.

CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
I am extremely dissatisfied with the 'service' - you have ignored the skip applied to an order that apparently is on it's way to me. I am concerned that you will carry on spending my money to send me orders I do not want. I cannot see a place on the website to cancel my order. I feel a complete lack of trust in your business and if I do not hear from someone as soon as possible about how to cancel my subscription immediately, I will look at ways to - PUBLICISE YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP SAFE MY CREDIT CARD AND MY MONEY THROUGH YOUR EXTREMELY PRIVILEGED ACCESS TO IT AND

Hi Jo,
Really sorry to see this has caused upset.
The subscriptions are charged on a rolling basis, we have an option to skip a charge which is what you had used and applied to some charges however ,we can see from the timestamps and history on the account that no skip was applied to that particular charge, which is why it had come out of the account.
We cancelled the order and refunded the charge as soon as we saw your email and the subscription is now cancelled.
We have responded to you via email for any further information :)

Coffee is great, but delivery process was long
Delivery was not on time — using Royal Mail who said they attempted two deliver twice (they didn’t — we have a video doorbell) and when using the Royal Mail app to reschedule the delivery it wouldn’t work so ended up taking having to contact them and arrange collection which wasn’t possible for a further 5 days (including weekend).
Not really caravan’s fault, but maybe worth considering other courier services.
The coffee is great and the pods themselves are fine.
Previous orders have been great but the courier let the side down a little on this one.
I’ve had an email from Caravan after posting this feedback and they’ve been very helpful. In future I’ll ensure I contact them if I experience similar delays.

We are incredibly sorry to hear that you have not received your first order. I can see the first order ordered on 28th March and was dispatched from the Roastery on the first day after the Bank Hols (2nd April) however, still not been delivered by Royal Mail, I assume Royal Mail have frustratingly lost the parcel. We have now refunded this order in full after you let us know today.
The second order was dispatched on 11th - the next day after you ordered and delivered 2 days later.
The reason you have been charged twice is because these are 2 x separate orders - with the subscription the orders are charged on a recurring basis which was every 2 weeks in your case.
We really hate to see this happen to our customers however, I hope this clears all up for you!

Enjoyable decaf
Having gone through many decaf coffees, this one is far and away our favourite. Doesn’t come with that distinctively decaf taste to it, makes a lovely full bodied brew and smells amazing.
