Gouging you for any missing parts!!!!
This is a sturdy Mega Domain carport. But, somehow when I went to put this up, I lost the screws/bolts to hold the snow load bars. I didn't find it in the box. It is 2.5" bolt with washers and nuts. I called to perhaps get them, it takes 8 total.
I was so shocked to hear Caravan Canopy wanted to charge me $16 per bolt and nut. So another $128 for the bolts plus shipping and handling.
I do not recommend this company as they do not care about you at all. I reported this here on Trust Pilot cause they are a good start to finding out tidbits like this where trash companies rake you over the coals for things that they forgot to put in the box.
On their website caravancanopy.com use Judge.me to restrict any and all bad complaints about them on their site but they can't stop me from doing it on other social media accounts. What a horrible company to gouge their customers for missing screws at a cost of $128. STAY CLEAR.
