I submitted an order and received a proof. the color of my actual product wasn't anywhere close to the color provided on the proof. I emailed on March 3rd. today is March 18th, I receive one line email responses every 3-4 days, so we still dont' have a resolution.
They wore me down enough I just ordered from another vendor and moved on with my life.....wouldn't recommend.

I ordered the heavy-duty hang-tag parking permits for my condo association. The first batch arrived 3 weeks later than promised and had a printing error on them that made them useless. This company refused to refund my money and it took another 3 weeks for the corrected tags to arrive. When the new tags did arrive, they were of a totally different higher quality material. Regardless of the printing error, obviously they tried to scam my on the first order by using the low-quality tags not the premium ones I paid for. Company refused to cancel my order after the botched shipment and made me wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. Will never do business here again and warn all others to stay away.
