John didn't attend on the day, it was another worker name Dom. Who was brilliant. Extremely polite, helpful, and made the whole process extremely easy. Communication throughout was exemplary, from both John and Dom.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, and should I need to, I would use them again instantly.

I was contacted about my car very quickly by John after requesting a valuation. They gave me a fair price in comparison to some places and could pick it up on the same day. The money was with me very quickly also, and the colleague who came to pick my car up was very friendly. They were also very responsive after the sale when I messaged to ask a question. Selling a car, particularly when it is old or needs work, is a nightmare, but they made the process so simple and cut out all the penny pushing! Sold my car for scrap via carandvanbuyer2u, a few quick whatsapp messages and a price was agreed without any haggling unlike another large company who auctions damaged cars (they were expecting me to be scrapping a pristine car for some reason!)
