Scam

Scam. Product arrived too late to use. Would not accept a return for a refund as required under UK law.

Ordered the Christmas lights

Ordered the Christmas lights, which were supposed to be on a reel £22 for complete and utter rubbish, will never deal with this company again, what a deceitful company. It was against my better judgement to leave a one star review, because they are not even worth that

CHEAP TAT SCAM

Bought three ‘revolutionary’ quality bras. Absolutely aweful tat from China.
Not the size, design or quality listed.
All edges unfinished, just cut material with no edging and bumpy seams that show through clothing.
Like others, strange additional charge added.
Total SCAM!

Avoid. Overcharging, can't cancel, terrible customer service.

I knew something was wrong when the wrong (inflated) charge came up on my card account. There's no way to cancel except via an email address. Within 20 minutes I sent a request to cancel with reasons. Then another a few hours later. Then another the next day. They finally replied asking why. I replied with reasons again. They then replied saying it was already at their warehouse. I'm now just waiting for them to say they have to charge me to cancel it... avoid like the plague.

Avoid this company at all costs!!

If I could give a zero score I would. I ordered 3 bras from Etheream. Firstly they took the money plus another payment of £6.56. I demanded a refund, which, to be fair they expedited promptly. However, there has been no sign of my order since then. I've had tracking reports, initially from the USA to the UK. Then the tracking number changed and it showed my order being in China!! I have written to them demanding a refund. I don't want any cheap items from China!

Not happy

Not happy. This IS NOT UK, totally misleading. Placed order 19th August and to date received nothing.
I checked my payment and they added £5.71 taxes which I was not advised about in any way whatsoever, this is not on your order or checking out, no option given to decline. Only found out on checking my account. All very suspect. AVOID! wished I had done more homework

Beware, appears to be a total scam

Beware. This appears to be a total scam. Took my money, pretended goods had been delivered even though tracking information showed otherwise and would not respond to me other than by sending automated emails repeating statements that I had already disproved. No goods, no refund, no satisfaction. Steer clear of this company.
