The people are very friendly, and the process is very secure and worry free. Yes, you have to be a bit patient going through the stages, but the reward is reaching out to a huge audience of very serious buyers - my car is on its way to a collection in Bulgaria!! Now that would not have happened advertising in the local sites.
Even when unsure about how that would work for "exporting" the car, a quick call and a calm, friendly explanation from C&C and it all works.

Very happy with the new look car and classic advertising platform, it made selling my classic BMW easy and reached a massive audience in no time. The car sold in four days, myself and the buyer were both chuffed.

A great tool for both the seller and the purchaser, the quality of the stock will always play a part in the Go To Site the choice enormous and usually well described and genuinely described in the majority of cases.
The site has created a genuinely new way of sourcing both classics and often newer cars and serves a marvellous way of judging the prices out there across a huge range of cars. I rely on it and refer others to it!

Mohamed was a nice guy but I complained about high cost of there fees I said why is it do expensive?the purchaser has to foot the £425 fee not the seller so it makes the item for sale very expensive, it put £425 onto the price then had to get a courier to get the item from Scotland to manchester that's was £200 reasonable but onto of purchase price was expensive not happy at all there fees are to much !!

Maybes small% of cars affected, but it might be an idea for no reserve to actually include your£600 as base cost to avoid situation where a seller doesn’t go into minus situation?

Made a bid, realized the bidding history was questionable ( A solely person had made multiple bids, with no competition, so just them bidding, also no reserve on the vehicle). Raised that I wanted my bid removed with the support team, with a few minutes of making the bid. Answer was no as per their T&C. Told the support team the bid history was questionable as per the T&C. No response. After bidding was completed (thankfully someone else got the car). The support team cancelled my account.

Got the car I was looking for else where, so good day. The take away is this, I can't say for certain if it was bad faith or just someone who doesn't understand bidding, so just be careful when using the site, because the site doesn't provide support.

UPDATE - based on company response
As per the companies reply, it appears they have not read my review correctly, where I stated that there was no reserve on this vehicle, as the auction site displays the reserve status, in this case it showed “no reserve".

Additionally, i can't confirm of course, however it is likely that the team has not verified whether any fraudulent activity occurred, or whether the situation simply involved someone who did not understand the bidding process. I believe this maybe the case because the team have not noticed that the vehicle was not successfully sold to a happy and serious bidder, as it has now been relisted for auction, again with no reserve, by the same seller (you don't need to be logged in to search).

I believe this update and the company response shows the concern I have for the operation and actions of the companies support team and not if or if not, fraudulent activity had occurred in this instance.

The support from the car and classic team was excellent guiding through each stage of the process. My car was photographed quickly and effectively picking both the best parts and issues to be addressed so a prospective buyer would be well appraised of its condition. The auction ran as expected and my handler encouraged bidding by prospective buyers and watchers. Why not a 5 then, the fees are not cheap for lower end vehicles which needs to be offset by the better value achieved. It was important to me that the car went to someone who would appreciate its top condition and keep it so. I believe this was achieved. I would recommend the experience but advise to be wary of the costs if selling a lower value vehicle. Overall the people and process is very good and by those processes reassuring.
