I am from Alberta Canada.
Bought a framed picture of Metallica for my son.
It took awhile to get it however they emailed me constantly to update me.
When we got it.
My son absolutely loved it.
I would buy another one from them for sure.
However I would make sure I have a month for delivery cause it came from China.

My 15 year old son spent some of his Christmas money on a set of 5 prints for his room. He ordered them unframed, thinking that this meant without a literal frame around them. It seems that what they actually mean by this is that the canvases are not stretched around a frame or board, and that you have to do this yourself. They just came rolled up in a tube, so we will have to go to the expense and effort of getting board cut to size to attach the canvas to. I do think this is very misleading - as someone with an art background I would refer to loose canvas being stretched, not framed, which implies something quite different. Disappointing.

Absolutely love our canvas! Colors are nice and bright! Picture is very clear! Customer service was great about answering all my questions up front as well! Great product!!!

horrible customer service. Sends the wrong product and lies about it saying that it is right. Save you money and time. If your order is wrong in the slightest, they tell you to get bent. Seriously this is why people use Amazon.

Horrible quality and customer service. Do yourself a favor and find your canvas elsewhere. The product looks like it was printed from my home computer and they won't respond to emails about returning the item for a refund.

My 2 X-Large FRAMED canvasses arrived yesterday and I am so pleased that I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. You are honestly not ordering the product framed.

You get what you order and you get what you pay for. Stop whining when you get it wrong yourself.

I received 4 emails including order confirmation with eta of 21 days, despatch email, arrived at post office email and confirmation of collection.

Very happy with this company and would use them again.

So, to those who are reading the reviews and seeing that the simple reviews (5 stars as well) are suspiciously looking as if a bot did them, and then the few negative reviews are clearly written by a person, this hopefully will help you out.

I Ordered a 5 Piece canvas art of the Lamborghini Gallardo in XL (FRAMED) for about $200 AUD, and proceeded to read reviews after ordering it (my mistake) which filled my mind with doubt, so I emailed CanvasInHouse and got a response within a day reassuring that I would receive my product framed and in the highest quality (Kinda seemed auto-generated lol). 2-4 Days was the time they said it would be processed so considering I ordered it on a Wednesday, it was ready by the following Wednesday or the 18th of December so only 1 day later which was fine as its holiday season. I then receive a tracking number with China EMS, so yes this product does ship from china so again I was feeling sceptical that the product was real.11 Days later it arrived in Australia and i went to collect it from the Local PO, and was glad to see the box there the same size as the large panel. I opened it at home and was happy to see the art was all there and it looks really good. I haven't hung them up yet but i wish i could link the photos

I was a little sceptical but overall the product looks really good and im glad I got it, although it's thinner than expected for the frame (I assume for shipping)

*Edit* After posting this i saw more bad reviews lol, mine turned out fine but some people may have not ordered framed or just got unlucky? idk mine was fine, email me if you'd like some photos or other questions

Yes its a throwaway i used when i was a child.
also its a normal email but website doesnt allow it, its missing the com

I have emailed 3 times for a tracking number, and each time I am sent a tracking number that is not valid, or cannot be found. Their website claims they have warehouses in the USA, along with other countries. I guess this is a side way of not disclosing where your product ordered is coming from, or how long it will take. They cleverly state on site up to 4 days for order to ship. Ship from where?? You cannot speak with anyone. Its an auto response you get when you email. There have been many claims filed with the BBB on this company. Buyer Beware! Do not buy from Canvas in House.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I read these reviews before I ordered product from them. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I will post bad reviews everywhere. I am currently asking for a refund but I'm sure I will never get one. The "canvas" and pictures are extremely poor quality. The images are blurry, not at all crisp. The canvas is not canvas at all, it's some plastic material.
Just awful, $50 down the drain.

Ordered a product did not come although they said it was delivered had faulty tracking number ... BE SMART DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Almost all of the negative reviews are from dumbasses who bought the clearly titled non-framed version on the website and expected it to come with the frames shown in the pictures
if you but the non-framed version you get the pictures with white boarders around it where you frame it

Not only did it take 3 weeks to receive with a faulty tracking number but these are NOT canvases. They are pieces of paper rolled up and taped. It’s awful. I won’t be a repeat customer.

I am very unhappy i placed a order and they took the funds out under paypal and i have yet to receive my order i have made several attempts to reach out to customer service as well as the sender with no response back i will not be doing buisness with them in the near future

Very poor quality and you have to frame them yourself. Took 3 months to get to Canada. Get a local print shop to do this work and save your money buy not buying Chinese garbage.

Not a surprise that you can’t find records of my purchase. You are either lying in an attempt discredit my previous review or you document control is at the same level as your quality control.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time buying this elaborate canvas as displayed in the pictures. It comes in as a poster with a distorted picture and the picture Is printed on a fabric cloth with strings coming off the edges. The website says they have a refund policy but since they knew they where sending me a crapy poster they said that I received what I expected to come in so I doubt I'll get a refund.

Don't even bother with this..... First I was charged twice on my card.... then the day it was suppose to get shipped I received an email saying it was damaged and returned to the company.... Tried to call the number that was on the email.. guess what.... it was an over seas call from Yuncarriers.... wonder how much that cost me... no one answered tho so maybe I go luck there.... needless to say..... don't waste your time....... stick with USA made products.... I learned my leason

21 days after my order and still no merchandise I will not be ordering from them in the future.

ITEM INSTALLED IN PARENTS ROOM AND THEY LOVED IT. CANT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. FITS IN PERFECTLY WITH FURNISHING IN ROOM.

You are purchasing from Bejing, China!
The product is printed on vinyl not canvas.
You will have to return the item to Vietnam - It will never get to the return address they supply.
The image was dull and didn't stand out at all like the picture they post online. When I contacted the company, They immediately informed me they do not refund due to customer dissatisfaction!

They only accept returns for the following reasons: (Copied and pasted)
*Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect*
*Not As Described*
*Product Lost in Transit*

I have decided that all I can do is warn others.

If you end up not liking what you order- you are out of luck, even if it isn't like what is pictured online. YOU have to prove to them it isn't as described.

They basically have all bases covered to never refund your money.

I can't warn you enough to STAY AWAY from Canvas In House!!!

The item never arrived at its destination in Vietnam. I copied and pasted the address they supplied, to make the return label, so there weren't errors on my part.
