Very poor quality with my last order and lack of real Customer Support

I have purchased 6 Canvas prints from CanvasChamp during the past year. While multiple purchase have gone fine, my recent one was extremely disappointing. First of all, my order took a very long time (5 weeks)and after calling them, they explained it was an issue in production. Once it did ship, one of the prints was absolutely sub-par quality, washed out and lost so much color even for an enlargement. I also paid additional for the 4K quality. After reviewing this issue with Customer Service, they determined that it was just fine and they would not reprint for higher resolution and better clarity. This was extremely disappointing and not the type of service that a quality and dependable vendor should provide. I have since placed a replacement order with Canvas on Demand who after receiving my original picture and CanvasChamp completed canvas, was provided a guarantee of better results or a full and immediate refund. As I need more prints for a picture gallery, I absolutely will not be buying from CanvasChamp moving forward.

Great Customer Service

"You get what you pay for"

I should have remembered the adage "you get what you pay for" as the image quality is below average. The wrap resembles something from a first grade art class. It looks hastily folded over and sloppily stapled.
The worst is that a 5x7 canvas print was 4 inches on one side and 5 inches on the other. How does this even leave the production facility? It was also very difficult to unwrap the canvas prints. One has to be extremely careful or the prints will be cut or destroyed.
UPDATE: April 21, 2026
After sending images of the lopsided canvas print and requesting they make it right, they asked for more images with a tape measure showing the lopsided dimensions. Done. Their reply, Not happening.
So, I am stuck with a useless canvas print that would be embarrassing to hang in my home. I guess the 100% guarantee they promote on their website is as good as the product they deliver, both not worth a dime. I would never do business with this company again because it is true that you get what you pay for. Especially when it involves CanvasChump.
UPDATE: April 23, 2026
Customer service denied my two requests to correct the problem. They must have read my online review and now someone named Wan has reached out claiming he wants to rectify the situation. The best thing is he referred to me by the wrong name in the e-mail and asked for more details. I am not sure what else I could supply besides the two detailed e-mails and six images, four of which show a measuring tape to detail the discrepancies in the measurements. This company really has service issues and should seriously consider a name change from CanvasChamp to CanvasChump. Maybe more to come...
