Amazing quality and super fast delivery!

I had a great experience with CanvasChamp! My canvases arrived very quickly, and everything was packaged extremely well to protect the artwork during shipping. The canvases were wrapped carefully, and each item arrived in perfect condition. The print quality also looked beautiful and professional. Bait and switch.. This isn't coming from the US.

Bait and switch. You think it's coming from the USA, but it's coming from India.

Calling their customer service 2nd rate would be a glowing accusation compared to what you actually receive.

Avoid this company. They are sh*te!!!

Unfortunately I am unable to leave 0 out of 5 stars as a review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a two person figurine. My wife and I are completely disappointed with the product we received. In fact, it was utter sh*te.

Their website states:

We utilize advanced 3D printing technology to bring your ideas to life with stunning realism and detail.

This is definitely not what you get. First of all the figures were the opposite way round to the photograph that was sent. Also, the colour detail was also not quite right.
The pictures displayed on their website suggest that the likeness of the figures is a replica of what is displayed in the photo. It is not!!! When I challenged them, the response I got was:

Please note that the images on our website serve as a digital preview of the style rather than an exact photorealistic guarantee for every custom piece.

When you complain about the quality they palm you off with lame excuses. They say that the bobblehead is a figurine designed in a cartoon-style form, meaning features are exaggerated and stylized rather than realistic. This totally contradicts what they advertise. I have not found anything on their website that says that the figurines and produced in a cartoon-style format.

They have offered a partial refund but I have informed them that is unacceptable and a full refund is requested. There has been no response to that.

The reviews on the company website suggest excellence, with a minimal amount of negative reviews for realism. An absolute load of rubbish.

Avoid this company!!!

One option is the “Stationary Head” style, which is designed to more closely match the actual proportions and appearance of the person in the uploaded photo. The second option is the “Bobble Head” style, where the head is intentionally made slightly larger and designed in a cartoon-style format, as shown in the product previews on our website.

Based on the concerns mentioned regarding the exaggerated head size and stylized appearance, it appears that the bobble head option may have been selected for your order rather than the stationary head version.

Satisfied with the product...after some inconvenience

Edit: Once I wrote a negative review, their customer service team acted quickly, getting my canvas printed and shipped. Then they bugged me to edit the review. Using the tracking numbers on their website was a pain, because just clicking on them brought up an error message. I actually had to cut and paste the tracking numbers into a search bar. But they did arrive! After all that we are satisfied with the quality and the price.

My order is now several days past the date it was supposed to arrive, and it is still listed as "in production" on their website. I contacted customer service, and they just told me to wait another 24-48 hours.

Very Pleased with the Canvas

The canvas print we received for our order looks great! The colors are vibrant and pop really well. The quality of the canvas, frame and backing are outstanding. We are very pleased with the purchase. Delivery was fairly quick with FedEx.

Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware!!!! THIS IS A SCAM! Order a large Canvas and required delivery before mother's day. 2 weeks later the Canvas is still "in production"?! When requesting help with customer service to see if shipping could be expedited or if I could speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If the prices seem too good to be true its probably not true. This brand also somehow has allot of 5 star reviews, I'm assuming that those are bot generated because there is no way this business actually understands the term customer service.

incompetent and irresponsible

This company is incompetent and irresponsible. DON'T ORDER CANVAS PRINTS FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE A PRINT THAT IS ACTUALLY THE SIZE YOU ORDER. They emphasize that their prints are hand made and use this as their excuse for why you don't receive the size you order. They refused to give me a refund after sending me a different size from the one I ordered.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Pictures are printed flipped from what was uploaded. I ordered hexagon tiles and all of them had the sticky strips to hang them on the wall on the picture side rather than the back side.. they are absolutely useless. I have sent multiple emails but no response.

There is absolutely no way the brown "protective layer" is a protective layer. That is under no circumstances coming off. This was printed incorrectly and canvaschamp does not do anything about it

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration caused with your acrylic hexagon tiles. The acrylic tiles are actually printed on the back side of the acrylic, and the mounting strips are attached to that same back side as part of the design process.

It sounds like the product may simply need to be turned around for proper viewing, and the brown protective layer on the front side should also be removed before use. Once removed, the image should display correctly from the front side of the acrylic.
