Good Product That I Safed money on. Thank ypu

The canvas board (all 15 in total) arrived within the allotted time. The delivery came very early in the morning before office hours. I left a message on the door saying that the delivery could be dropped next door in an open patio but the delivery driver literally threw the whole package over the neighbour’s garden wall and the parcel landed on a corner, thus bending and denting 10 of the large boards. Now I have 10 damaged boards needing repair before they can be used. A great pity.

The canvasses I ordered arrived very well packaged, and I find them to be very good quality. I’ve already started painting on them and the surface is fairly smooth and doesn’t seem to absorb much of the paint- which is a good thing! I will definitely be ordering more!!

Still waiting. They emailed to say they were getting the order ready 10 days ago. Still not dispatched. No answer to emails or phone calls....

Excellent service including delivery. My canvases are of a good quality as expected from Loxley. Looking forward to painting on them.

Confirmation of payment and order was as expected.
However no further contact regarding tracking or shipping was received.
After 10 days I called to find out item was not held in stock. Waited for a reply and update … nothing. Rang through on many occasions, either no reply or no further updates other than “we will call the suppliers” Again no further update to me supplied. I then rang again to cancel the order and oddly the order turned up whilst on the phone.
Overall poor customer service. Updates for online ordering should be streamlined and customer led. Yours are quite frankly pre-historic in their execution.
I can’t say I would recommend or order from you again unfortunately. This was a single item order for over £250, an item I use regularly, so a lot of future business lost!

Great canvas boards, fast delivery perfect for my needs

On not one occasion has Canvas Store delivered on time, often it takes weeks longer than stated and they often list stock as available only tell you at the point of making a complaint that the goods were out of stock. Mistakes happen but happening routinely is just poor practice. This has been the excuse on number of occasions now. The communication is non existent and they hide telephone contact details leaving you with no option but to hope your emails get picked up. I await more excuses as to where my missing order is this time! My advice as a professional artist is shop elsewhere!
