DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!!

My partner gets his prescription through this clinic and they are Highly unprofessional!! Just one example is that On one phone call the person my partner was speaking to about his order suggested that my partner try and access his own medication illegally due to a delay on the product as they had sent options that were out of stock meaning my partner had no access to medication this was the clinics fault! Yet he was suggested to go and buy drugs illegally, on top of that no apology or any compensation for his trouble. This is just one tip of the iceberg in terms of issues and if you need really medical help I would highly suggest you DO NOT Go here!!

We take allegations of unprofessional behavior very seriously, but we must emphasize that suggesting a patient acquire medication illegally goes against our strict ethical guidelines and professional standards. This is a point on which we are unwavering and for which there can be no exception.

As a healthcare provider, we understand the importance of prompt and reliable access to medication. However, the suggestion that we sent unavailable options or left a patient without necessary medication is not the case.

Please note, your partner is receiving his medication tomorrow, so apologise if you feel we have not provided a true duty of care but this is not the case.

Given the seriousness of these allegations, we have reviewed these internally and found no instances matching the situation you described. While it is not our intention to question the validity of your experiences, the described scenarios do not reflect our operational conduct, and we cannot find any evidence supporting these claims.

Brilliant clinic

Brilliant clinic. Moved from another clinic and this was the best decision I made!!
Staff are so helpful and kind and caring and have excellent patient care.
Everything is pretty easy and straightforward.
My life is a lot better since finding them!

Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved from another clinic was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The virtual consultation process was easy to use and the staff I spoke with were all very friendly and helpful.

The doctor I spoke with was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Obtaining my prescription was a breeze, and the whole process was much more convenient than my previous clinic.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this cannabis clinic. The service was top-notch and the staff were a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others in need of a cannabis prescription.

Avoid this clinic

Never gets medication to you on time, unprofessional and not worth your money. Go to another clinic.

In the 4 months I was with them, they sent my medication to the wrong address, sent me the wrong strains, sent me medication containing a bug, constantly needed reminding to send a link to pay, payment links were often for incorrect figures so I had to call.

My time at cantourage clinic made my mental health worse.

Over confident company that oversells…

Over confident company that oversells its faulty untested products and its doctor appointments for quick cash, while having no working medication in stock. Essentially, yet another capitalistic business destroying access to a medicinal plant for future generations. Cantourage is one of a number of fronts for new medical cannabis pharmacies who are trying to cash in on the changes in medical cannabis regulation. Managers are enthusiastic, but also incredibly arrogant and sadly know-it-all types with no real cannabis industry experience at all, however they love to talk as though they know everything about it - very typical for Britain right now. Cantourage should try bragging less about how great and knowledgable they are and measure themselves on actual patient outcomes. Patients are evidently not stupid and can see you are profiteering from incoming patient sign ups, while having no medication in stock to give to these same patients, as you promised you had, at sign up. To be frank, your doctors and your business get richer while patients are left waiting and suffering. This could all be excused, but what makes it worse is that when patients complain about this fact, you try to talk over them and talk down to them. Take five and do some hard introspection and please don’t fool yourself into thinking patients will come back to you after you have treated them in this way. Finally, you should know and accept that Cantourage is not a startup, you have a well defined business model, so you are not a startup and can’t use startup excuses for poor service delivery. I believe you are fully aware of your strategy for making money and now, so are your patients.

Edit Jan 2023: It's really interesting that you reply to me here on Trustpilot, in completely fake earnest, while knowing full well you have ignored my email requests for a full refund of the 99 pounds you owe me for a faulty prescription of untested medication which was never redeemed.

If you really want to make good with your customers you will return the money you stole from me and others, and stop trying to cover for your reputation by posting canned replies to each and every negative comment you see here on Trustpilot.

Patients like us need to be straight with companies like you and you need to know we are not fooled by your behaviour.

Appauling and unreliable

I moved here from another clinic and had a terrible experience, the clinic sent out brown flower with an expiry of 08/2022 right at the end of July, the flower causes headaches and burns your throat, they refused to exchange the product, and offered only a paltry £2 per g refund so £200 down the drain as the flower is unusable, they are terrible with customer service emails left unanswered for days, then there is the issue of their pharmacy 5 days from payment to sending out prescription absolutely appauling service.

Over joyed

Honestly, couldn't be more happy to have found Cantourage Clinic after constant struggles with previous clinics it feels like my voice and my knowledge of cannabis as a medication is being not just heard but understood and processed when it comes to my treatment plan and the medication prescribed. Dr Niraj Singh was super friendly and listened to absolutely everything I had to say. The doctor was also more than happy to go through everything with me & ensure that the medication I was being prescribed would not only be suitable to me but actually beneficial to me as a person alongside my conditions.

A breath of fresh air...

I have just moved to cantourage from a different clinic and so far the difference is night and day. There was a little delay getting my first appointment (I'm guessing they are inundated with patients moving from other clinics) but when I called up to discuss this, Carl explained the situation and told me he would contact me if another sooner appointment came up. I recieved a phone call a few days later from Carl to advise that one was available if I would like to move mine. After my experience at my previous clinic, Carl's proactiveness in arranging this was really appreciated and gave me confidence that I had moved to a clinic that would actually care for me as a patient.

I had my first appointment this afternoon with Dr Singh who was incredibly helpful. He spent time listening to what I found helpful and seemed genuinely interested in how this medication is helping me and what medications worked best for me. Dr Singh took his time in the appointment and at no point did I feel rushed or like he was trying to push me off the phone. He was happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel valued as a patient.

I am so pleased with my experience with cantourage so far. Everybody that I have dealt with has been excellent, I have not recieved my prescription yet but I'm hopeful that my experience will continue to be this positive. Cantourage is a breath of fresh air compared to my last clinic.

Couldn't recommend this company enough!

Super clinic

Super clinic. Was an easy sign up process and within days I was speaking to an expert doctor who listened closely to all my needs and prescribed me with the right medicine for me after years of having been prescribed traditional drugs to no effect. I'm already seeing the positive results.

The after care has also been fantastic. The team keeps checking in to see if my medication is working and right for me. Such a pleasure to deal with this company.

A seamless experience

I can’t believe this service is…

I can’t believe this service is available in the UK!!
Miles ahead of the game such a smooth process. I’m sitting here with high grade medical weed for my back pain rather than having to deal with those horrible and intrusive pharmaceuticals.
