Really great caring communication and service. Cannot wait for my son to return from hospital following a severe stroke to find that he will still be able to play pool/snooker. Also lovely to see that the price is reasonable and they are not taking advantage of disabilities. Will be recommending to others

Excellent product and customer service
After some searching, I discovered the Cannonaid which I hoped would help a friend of mine, who is in a wheelchair, get back into playing snooker and pool.
The customer service provided by Terry was excellent, who even emailed me from hospital to confirm the payment had been received and advise me when he would be able to get to the Post Office.
On receiving the Cannonaid in the post, I could see that it is a very well designed and manufactured product - in fact, it looks very professional.
I have played pool with my friend since receiving it, which he enjoyed. I realise it will take some practice with the Cannonaid to get used to it, so I also had a go by playing a few shots with it. We are planning to play again when the lockdown restrictions are eased!

Thanks for your review, much appreciated. Remember to tell your friend to put three or four reds in one position & take note, Then repeat the same shots over & over again, not forgetting to lift the Cannonaid off at the end of striking the white.

Brilliant device!
I ordered the Cannonaid for my dad who has had a stroke and leg amputation. It’s great quality and although I haven’t got it to my dad yet, I can see what a brilliant aid it will be to enable him to play pool again.

Well worth the wait!
I purchased a Cannonaid as a gift for a friend that likes a good game of billiards with me on occasion. After a slight delay at the U.S. Customs office, I finally received the Cannonaid today, and it is beautiful! Much nicer looking than I expected. Well crafted, hefty, and highly polished. I'm having the base engraved, and I hope my friend LOVES it and enjoys this aide for many years to come. Thanks, Terry!

Very happy with this! Ordered one for my husband so we could play pool again together, and he's very pleased (so am I!). Works exactly as advertised/shown in video. Great quality workmanship, clever design, a nice heavy weight to it so it stays put, stable on the felt or rail. Thanks for bringing billiards back into our lives :)
