In the case of the order with missing items, a couple of products were unfortunately out of stock at the time of picking, so those items were automatically refunded rather than shipped.
Regarding the damaged parcel, I’m very sorry that happened during transit. We always do our best to package items securely, but occasionally couriers can be a little rough with parcels.

The snacks were great. The ruffles were nice but a bit too salty for my liking but I’m sure others would love that. I really wanted to try the Dubai chocolate but they did not have it in stock. But overall experience was excellent.
