Your order contained mystery box items with products imported from multiple countries, and many international items use different date formats to the UK (for example US formats are month/day/year, and some Asian products display manufacture dates rather than best before dates).

Disappointed with the presentation
Disappointed with the presentation. Ordered a mystery box which was intended as a gift. It arrived in a tattered, dusty plain brown box with zero presentation, not very gift worthy as I would have expected. Had to purchase another box and then move the contents into that. The items themselves were fine. Lots of what seemed like the same snack in different varieties but I guess that’s the risk of a mystery box. It was quite underwhelming uniqueness/variety wise. Not sure I’ll order again unless I’m wanting something specific.

We’re sorry to hear the presentation wasn’t what you expected. Our mystery boxes are packed in plain brown shipping boxes as we focus the value on the contents themselves rather than premium outer packaging, although improved presentation is something we are currently working on behind the scenes 😊
That said, the box definitely shouldn’t have arrived tattered or dusty, so we do apologise for that part of the experience.
With mystery boxes, variety can naturally differ depending on current stock and themes available at the time, but we do appreciate the honest feedback and will take it onboard moving forward.

Great website for candies and monster
Ordered 2 times, they have many flavors of monster and they get the new flavors first. Ordered to Romania and paid no customs to DHL since the order was under 150 euros. The shipping is okay, they do everything to send it fast, but DHL is usually slow here. They put gifts in both of my orders. They packed the cans very well and they arrived in perfect condition.

We have now replied to your email directly.
The item purchased was clearly listed in the product title as being past its best before date and was discounted accordingly.
A “best before” date relates to product quality rather than food safety. This means the product may not be at its absolute best quality after that date, but it is still safe to consume if stored correctly. This is different from a “use by” date, which relates to food safety.

I ordered my things whilst on holiday in America and asked them to hold shipping until the day we travelled home and they did this with the parcel arriving the day after we did.
